- AEA EavesSep 21, 20265.0Tim at Abercrombie transmission is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to tackle what a lot of other transmission shops won't. He was willing to work on my 2021 Pacifica, which are not easy to work on. Before they got very far on it, they called me to verify if it still had a drivetrain warranty. Since I had bought it used, I wasn't sure. He called Chrysler himself and verified I still had 2 months and 11,000 miles left on it. He not only saved me a ton of money by recognizing it was probably still under warranty, he also advised me on what to be aware of when I took it to the dealership and ideally what needed to happen to repair it properly. He was absolutely spot-on with how the dealership handled it, but everything worked out beautifully. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the integrity of Tim and the people at Abercrombie. It's rare that you come across a business that is willing to put the customer first even if it means they don't make a sale that day. Because of a warranty I didn't need his services, but I can guarantee you if I have any transmission issues with my other vehicles, they will be the first ones I call.
