  Great time at Cargo Trailers I give them 5 stars in effort to waste my time, I’m so grateful for not having bought my trailer from these guys (and also saved some money) I’ve been talking to these guys for the past 2 days, Tyler the sales guy was so unmotivated to sell me the trailer, when I asked him on Tuesday about the specs and more info on the trailer I wanted he sounded really sleepy and unwilling to help, when I mentioned we were going to buy it (in cash) his mood completely changed and became almost a “sell out” saying that the trailer I wanted was the only one left, to make sure to give them a deposit or the trailer was going to be gone or I had to wait for them to build one and wait 4-5 weeks, when I told him I was going to give him a call later, he then switched his narrative saying that he even had to check if they had the one left available if not sold, therefore if I didn’t give the deposit I had now to wait 6 weeks! (Not 4-5) Unbelievable. I called them this morning, still intentioned to buy it and drive today 6 hours to pick it up (since I need it for the weekend), after making me wait on the phone for 20 minutes, I get to talk to the sale guy, they still had the same trailer available, I told tayler I was coming to pick up one today, he still insisted I had to give them a deposit or else he was going to give it to whoever came at the shop first, he also in order to rush me told me he sold 4 of them in these 2 days ( weird since there was only one available and none coming out of the factory for the next weeks) unprofessional in my opinion, the vibe was like if I was being lied the whole time, whatever I was still intentioned to buy, we agreed for the deposit, I was ready to pay it credit card in my hand and then Boom tayler hits me saying I had to be there before 4 to pick it up today, (we are from Florida calling at 10 am) I checked the gps and it said we were going to be there exactly at 4, I told tayler we were for sure gonna have to stop for gas so we would be a few minutes late, and he insisted that he wouldn’t sell me the trailer today if I didn’t get there by 4 and max he could wait was 4:05 or 4:10, unbelievable. I decided to not do business with them, they really seem to not care a bit about customers. Great job guys! Keep it up this way and you’ll for sure lose your customers this way! (Isn’t that the goal?) Yayy

  I’m in the market for an enclosed trailer and like any smart consumer living in a tech savvy world I read google reviews. I have never contacted USA Cargo Trailer and can’t comment on their service but I can say that any company Owner who who has the stones to stand up to all those cry baby snowflakes who leave one star reviews based off complete self-entitlement deserves my 5 star review in return. Keep fighting the good fight USA Cargo Trailer, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
