  Went to get my oil changed and i don't know if it was a tech or a manager but they definitely didnt want my business. I pulled up and before I could even get out the car they started telling g me they were short handed. I understand this is come up but he was very rude about it

  Well I had a flat and mavis had the adaptor for tesla to be able to get the tire patched up. Was there early a they opened up and got lucky to pull right in to get the service done. Thank tippy to the great team at Mavis Tire and Brake in Douglas.

  I have used Macis since they opened. They fixed my tire monitor system when no one else did without charging me for parts I didn’t need.

  Very appreciative of my experience at Mavis Tire and Brakes. Summer the service manager and Wong automotive technician assisted me troubleshooting an unusual noise while driving and confirmed my suspension components were good. Turns out the backing of my braking pads shifted and started scraping my rotor which he eliminated to be cause. Thanks again for the help and the customer service.
