  I recently visited Whistle Express Car Wash after discovering they were having a free wash day, and since it was my first time there, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I have to say, Terrell and Josh made the entire experience exceptional! Terrell was absolutely wonderful from the moment I arrived. He was friendly, patient, informative, and incredibly helpful in explaining what to do and what I could expect throughout the process. I had several questions, and he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. His professionalism and genuine willingness to assist really stood out. I also had a few issues navigating the process, but Josh made everything SO easy! I believe he may be a manager, and if so, it definitely shows. He was professional, composed, attentive, solution-oriented, approachable, and reassuring. He handled everything with confidence while still making me feel valued as a customer. That is exactly the kind of leadership and customer service you want to see from someone in a management role. Both Terrell and Josh went above and beyond to make my first visit a positive one. Their hospitality, patience, professionalism, and positive attitudes made a huge difference in my experience. Because of how well I was treated, I’ll definitely be coming back to Whistle Express Car Wash and using their services again. Great customer service makes a difference, and these two are excellent examples of it! I hope their management recognizes the value they bring to the team. 👏🏾

  I stopped by and took advantage of the free car wash they were offering this weekend! I must say I am very impressed! This is the first time that I ran my car through a carwash and got it clean on the first wash! The only reason that I'm giving this place 4 stars is because they don't have a mat washer and they do not have tire shine. I also found out that this location was just recently purchased from Take 5, so that explains the lack of these two important amenities! The entrance to the wash is a little sketchy, so you really have to pay attention if you are making a left off of Lawrenceville Hwy. I do like the way my car looked after just two washes, and this time I didn't even wipe it dry! Unfortunately for me, I live in an area where there are a total of 5 carwash locations, with the closest one just outside my subdivision! So I don't see myself purchasing a membership at this location! But I am pretty happy that my car is nice and clean for now!   Tim was very helpful today! He offered to receive feedback on improving service! Very polite and friendly! As a member I would say I would like to see tire shine (was actually thinking about going to get some after washing my car), but please make sure its not the kind that rots your tires over time! Also, consider making vacuum hose with the ability to move from the top to assist with better flexibility when using. Thanks!

  Its a upgrade from the Take 5 Car Wash it used to be. Now some of the vacuums have improved but others still have low suction u have to know which ones to go to. However overall a good improvement from what it used to be. Oh and the prices did go up if u were a Take 5 customer but i think not by much but a raise on prices is a rise on prices. They do not detail ur car so thats on u as a customer how good u want ur car to look.

  I am a happy member at the Lawrenceville Hwy location. I’ve been coming here for a while after switching from a different company and I’m enjoying these services better. Also the wash, rinse & dry are better now and the vacuums are more powerful since the changes and upgrades have occurred!!! The young ladies are very efficient directing me thru the tunnel and Josh along with the other guys give me pointers on car maintenance. I do wish we got air fresheners from the staff before advancing through the tunnel but maybe that’s soon to come …. hint, hint ;) Keep growing and making things better for us members and don’t forget to give us a few perks here and there. Thanks again for being available for service all the time!!!!
