Chelsea & Janae at Take 5 Car Wash provided amazing customer service from start to finish! She was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. The car wash service was quick, efficient, and left my vehicle looking spotless. Chelsea definitely made the experience 5-star worthy, and I’ll gladly be returning because of her excellent service!

I had an amazing experience today at Take 5 Car Wash off Lawrenceville Highway, all thanks to Courtney. From the moment I pulled up, he greeted me with professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. He didn’t just rush me through — he actually took the time to explain my options and helped me pick the perfect wash for my car today.
His customer service was top‑tier. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident about my choice. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with that kind of energy and care.
My Mazda came out looking clean, shiny, and refreshed, and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the entire experience. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Courtney — he’s the definition of excellent service. Give that man his flowers, a raise, and a shoutout because he truly deserves it.

The wash leaves your car stained with soap the vacuums never work the second shift people omg lazy the lot is always dirty I gonna have to cancel my monthly it's not worth my money gotta find a reliable car wash

I wish I could give more than one star but I can't. The screen at the Take 5 in Decatur is new and what I thought I was choosing as a basic wash ended up costing me 19.99 for a membership that I did not purposefully choose. I only go every so often and do not want a membership. I sent an email last week requesting my membership to be stopped. I got a reply saying I would hear from someone in 2 days, that was over a week ago and still no reply. I called and spoke to someone in Customer Service Saturday. I believe his name was similar to Lance, although it was hard to tell with his heavy accent. He took all my information, repeated the sound of every letter in my name and email. He told me he would send the email for me to complete my cancellation. I asked him would I get it right away, he was kind of vague. That was Saturday, it is now Tuesday and I still haven't received an email to cancel the membership I didn't want in the first place. This is a terrible representation of Take 5, as well as very unprofessional as a service to the public. This needs to be resolved immediately with no more charges made to my account..
This place used to be great and then a number of years back it was purchased and renamed Take 5, the receipt is from a company in North Carolina called Whistle Express. Since the purchase it has doubled in price and the quality of the wash has greatly diminished. Every time you go, they want you to sign up for a subscription, and the attendants are rude and do not pay any attention to pre-soaking or brushing bumpers for bugs. It’s a very convenient location for me and every time I go here I tell myself I will never use them again. $30 and I could barely tell that my car was washed.
