There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Their ordering system is broken and will get delivery date wrong and not follow up before you get there. Location is understaffed, Jay was helpful. Regional Manager at the corporate level offered me a $50 voucher for a $1k order and called 2 days late after already wasting days without a car. He seemed more eager to cancel the order than provide customer service.

I can’t be thankful Enough. The manager Marshawn and her crew really saved me this morning!!! I drove all the way to Decatur with only one lug nut!!50 mins from my house!!!and i didn’t know it. They had to fix someone else’s mistakes. Marshawn was very professional in my time of frustration. She supplied me with lug nuts and words of encouragement. I left feeling way better. I should have went to them in the first place! Words can’t describe !!!

I went to this Mavis location for a simple wheel alignment. I made an appointment for 11am on a Saturday, and was quoted 2-3 hours for the service, and told that I would be contacted as soon as it was finished to pick up my car. I was not contacted at all during the day, and I called around 6:00pm for a status update, not knowing they were closed for the day. I called again the next morning, and was told that they didn't have any recollection of checking in my car, and they didn't know why I hadn't been contacted yet, as my service was completed the day prior.
I went to pick up my car, and after about 45 minutes in the lobby, I was informed my battery was completely dead. Deader than dead. It was reading 4V, and was completely unrecoverable. The person at the desk said they had nothing to do with it, and the battery just failed on its own. The problem with this, is that I had replaced this battery within the past year with a certified technician at an Autozone. I had not had any issues with the battery over the past year since it's replacement, despite leaving it idle and un-started for days/weeks at a time. They told me I would need to pay $300 for a battery replacement and install fee in order to get my car back.
If you know anything about car batteries, you know that a car will not start if a battery is even a few volts under the 12V standard for my type of sedan. I had no presently existing electrical leak, as my car has gone days/weeks at a time without a start, and always started with no issues. I arrived on Saturday with a healthy battery. The ONLY way for a battery to deplete that much in such a short period, is if all the electrical in the car had been left on overnight, if not also the entire service period. If there was such a severe existing issue as to leave it at 4V on my arrival to pick up, it would not have started on Saturday morning when I dropped it off.
The store still has my car, as I have raised a support ticket with customer service that has been escalated to the regional manager. I have not heard back from anyone regarding my situation, despite 4 calls and escalations to customer service.
TLDR: This store left my car on overnight and drained/destroyed my battery during what should have been a 3 hour wheel alignment, and wants me to pay $300 for a new one + install through them. I have not heard back from customer support 2 full days later. They still have my car.

I’m extremely disappointed with the pricing of my recent oil change for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson.
My invoice shows 6.13 quarts of 0W-20, which is the correct amount of oil for my vehicle. My issue is the price I was charged for a routine oil change.
The invoice lists $140.59 for 5 quarts of 0W-20 and another $46.50 for additional engine oil. Even after the listed discounts, I was charged $107.09 for the oil alone. After adding the filter, labor, and disposal fee, the charges shown total $143.47 before tax.
I called today to question the pricing and was told that they outsource the oil to a vendor. Regardless of where the oil comes from, I don't think customers should end up paying this kind of markup for a standard oil change without the cost being made very clear beforehand.
What makes it even more frustrating is that the invoice shows $100 in discounts, yet the oil change still came to over $140 before tax.
I understand businesses have costs and markups, but this pricing feels excessive for a basic oil change. I definitely recommend going somewhere else. I called other companies in the area and asked how much the oil charge would be and they said $70. The discounts are a scam to make you believe they tried to help you get the best price.
I called the number they told me to call and it was a deadline

I am very..very very disappointed in the service I received today. I had appointment for 1:00pm for replacement of 4 new tires. I don’t know what going with Mavis tires this is a horrible for business to operate this way I was on time for appointment why make appointment when are not honoring the time. I am not coming back here never again, their other places I could went to down the street from Mavis, I am previous customer. In the future Mavis will not be on my list for anything dealing with my tires or car service , I will not refer Mavis to any of my friends. This has been nightmare, the bathroom in my place is horrible nasty and dirty, I feel sorry for the employees who has to use this bathroom. I can only give you 1 star for rating , only because of your convenience appointment schedule. They didn’t service my car until 1:20 pm. The staff members they working because they need job. Just finished at 3:16pm
