I've been here previously around May. They handled business correctly with no issues. I got two tires at the time on rims. This time I came back and got two tires put on my car. Customer service was great both times for me. Pull up and check them out. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment. I visited on 9-30-2026

This place is a complete nightmare to work with, I took my car in and didn’t get it back for a literal month because they ordered the wrong parts and misidentified the root cause of my issue. When I got it back I discovered they had damaged my muffler when fixing the brake line and it then took another week to have that resolved. A week after I got it back the second time my brake light came on again and they had to replace the exact same part I was told I initially came in there for. I noticed a blinker light was out and asked them to replace it and replace the windshield wipers while they replaced the other part for the second time. I was told it was ready and when I came in the next day the blinker and windshield wipers weren’t taken care of, then I told them I would wait for them to do it and they then tried to tell me the blinker was fine despite me literally looking at it not working in the parking lot.
The staff is unprofessional, one of the times my car was ready they didn’t even call me and I only found out because I happened to be in the area and stop by to ask what was going on with it. Calling them is a nightmare too, they sometimes won’t pick up for 20 minutes and despite me repeatedly asking them to call me with updates they just never would. If there was a delay for whatever reason I would only find out when I called. The people who work here don’t care at all and they’re incredibly bad at communicating amongst themselves and to their customers. I would avoid bringing your car here at all costs. The single worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic.
