I came in about two days ago for breaks as I was waiting I asked the baby employee for my keys so I could get something out of my car. He was very polite and helpful. As he was bringing my keys back, I noticed the other two employees in the back were yelling and cursing at each other in front of me. It was very unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The baby employee is what I call him because he look so young lol he handled himself professionally but the behavior of the other two employees was unacceptable.

Every time I come in, I see that tall guy Rikki and he shows me everything wrong with my car, gets everything right and honestly doesn’t have me wait very long. He explains what’s going on, what parts are best for MY car and budget and I also love referring my folks to him. Super helpful and social, never an attitude and I don’t have to wait long to be seen.

I Came in about an hour or two ago to get a quote everything was smooth until I saw the manger go to the back and start yelling at the young man I believed he’s a employee I felt bad for him,I wanted to say something,But it honestly wasn’t my place, I just needed my car fixed he was very unprofessional with him

I had an appointment at 9am for a service. It was after 9:30 before my car was took to be serviced, which isn't too bad. The staff is great and friendly. The prices on the other hand are outrageous. Cost nearly double what everyone else charges. Most other places that service your vehicle puts their prices on their website but mavis does not. Cost me $99.29 to service my car that only uses 4 quarts of oil ( when most places are $55-$65 ). I am going to explore my options for a while. I use this mavis because it's convenient to where I live.
