Came in early to get a tire rotation, they told me 30mins . Went across the street came back he says car was ready I asked for a receipt and was told it was going to be sent to hertz and they will tell me , I come back round 12 like he tell me n was told that they couldn’t do it because of the thread , I was lied to .

If Google would let me give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Sheldon and the entire team at Mavis did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. The customer service was exceptional, and they genuinely made me feel like I was being treated like royalty.
Everyone was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. Sheldon especially went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was handled properly. It’s rare these days to receive customer service that actually makes you want to take the time to leave a review, but this team definitely deserves the recognition.
I left completely satisfied with both the service and the way I was treated. Sheldon and the entire staff deserve all the praise! I’ll absolutely recommend this Mavis location to anyone needing tire or brake service.

I needed 2 new tires. I purchased 1 tire on 6/9/26. I told Mavis I will come back later for the 2nd tire which was yesterday Aug.2nd. After waiting more than an hour they asked for my wheel lock key. I told them it was in the trunk where it was when they replaced the tire in June. It was not in my trunk where it's been for 7 years. Now I need to purchase a wheel lock key from the manufacturer because they don't have one for my car. Mavis either forgot to put my lock key back in my trunk, or they stole it. If you have a tire replaced that need a manufacturer lock key make sure they put it back where they got it from because some people put it in their glove department.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service my friend received at this tire shop. The way she was treated was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should never feel ignored, talked down to, or treated unfairly when they are simply trying to get a service done.
The experience was frustrating from start to finish, and the lack of professionalism made an already stressful situation even worse. There are plenty of businesses that understand the importance of treating their customers with basic respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was not one of them.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone who values good customer service and being treated properly.
