Matthew was able to squeeze me in last minute for a brake job and was super helpful throughout the whole process. He showed me what actually needed to be fixed now and what could wait until my next visit, which I appreciated because it didn’t feel like I was being pressured into extra work. Overall just really good customer service and I’ll definitely be back.

So I’d say be ready to wait or make sure you have a ride! 5/2 review : Regularly appreciate the service at this mavis - wait times can be long some days so definitely make a reservation. The team does whatever they can to fit you in especially if you’re like me and try to walk in on a Saturday morning 😆 I ended up making an appointment for another day, and its because Ameshia was super straightforward about wait times, services I could expect and pricing of each option.
