Great experience here! Ameshia was very pleasant and helpful. She made sure i got the right size tires for my custom wheels. David the manager also helped me on his day off to get the best price he could. And even the service team did a superb job installing and doing the wheel alignment. 10/10!!

I had a slow tire leak and didn’t realize it until I got to work. Luckily there’s a Mavis Tire two miles away, and I stopped in. I was able to have my tire patched not long after arriving.
Was greeted upon entry and the process was seamless.
Very thankful for the Mavis team in Church Street in Decatur!🫶

Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived at around 4 PM even though the shop closes at6 PM. I only needed a simple tire rotation and balancing, and there were very few
cars at the shop. Despite having nearly two hours before closing the staff refused to take my vehicle saying they don’t accept cars in the evening. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding work than helping a customer. If your business hours are until 6 PM, customers should be able to receive service during those hours instead of being turned away without a valid reason. This was a complete waste of my time and reflects very poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.

This was my first time visiting Mavis tires and brakes. The receptionist was welcoming, professional, friendly, thorough and efficient in explaining the expected wait time. Her spirit made me feel a little more at ease being there and willing to wait for my services as well.
Naquan the service manager, came out and greeted me personally. I explained to him what I had going on, and he gave me an idea of what it could be. I'd just purchased a new SUV that I knew offhand had some tire system issues. His professionalism, knowledge, and promise to ensure they would take good care of my vehicle also gave me great comfort. He put together an estimate that I agreed to, and immediately his staff got to work. I expected to be there way longer than I was. The service technician was Swift and Naquan make my check out process seamless. He also explained my warranty and what I should expect and do going forward. Honestly speaking, Mavis was not on my radar, but I will be returning for continued servicing outside of what I do at the dealership.

Mavis Tire Decatur is always my go-to repair resource when I need tire support. I’ve been here multiple times over the years and they’ve always helped me out with clear, honest, and easy advice. Most recently, Ameshia supported me when my tire had a slow leak and was too worn down for repair. She was clear and communicative on repair timelines since my tire had to be ordered in.
