Got an inspection for uneven tire wear, asked for a printed quote, no issues there, but all the way home, my car veered hard left and was shaky. It wasn't like that before. When I called back, at first she told me they were too busy, but then she paused and said, " Never mind, the manager said he'll see you." I thanked her profusely, thinking he was doing me a solid. No, on-site, the receptionist lectured me, then sent me to an office. The manager was slouched back in a chair like an actor in a cheap movie. He laughed in my face. Walked me out to my car in the lot, circled it, and laughed some more. Said it was because I declined the services; it was bad. He just kept laughing every time I said something. It was extremely unprofessional. He kept interrupting me with snide remarks, which I won't even repeat, but were super, super inappropriate. What's messed up is that they called me in the store just for that. Just to laugh. They didn't even take my car to the back. Told me to come back to the shop solely to refuse service. For context, I'm a young female student. I swear on everything, I was nothing but polite, even shy, when I called about the issue. I didn't demand to bring it back; I asked, that's why I was so relieved when they agreed. The energy when I walked in caught me so off guard. Extremely arrogant and dismissive. Would not recommend.

I have been coming to this Goodyear since 2023. I am in my 20s, financially independent, and I have no family out here, so it’s really important for me to have a great mechanic to rely on to help keep my car going at the best price possible. Every single time I have needed help with my car, Howard and his team have been more than helpful. They do a great job of diagnosing the problem, explaining the issue, and they’re always transparent about pricing. I do my own research on the car problems I’ve experienced so I can understand what’s going on, but in addition to that, Howard has always taken the time to show me what’s going on in my car when I come in. They provide great advice as well - Howard is great at putting himself in your shoes and letting you know what he would do, honestly. I’ve been so taken care of by this team, and am beyond grateful for all their help. There was a mechanic closer to where I lived that I visited once because I wasn’t able to make the drive to this Goodyear, and they tried to get me to replace all of my motor mounts. When I brought my car to Howard, he let me know that my motor mounts were fine and I didn’t need to worry about them for a while. I really appreciated that honesty as it saved me a ton of money that I didn’t even need to spend at that time. I’ve always been treated with kindness, respect, and care when I come here. They even remember my face and name (and car), which tells you how much they care for their community. Special shoutout to Honey, Dave, and Howard for all of their help and care!

I got my boyfriend’s car towed to Goodyear on Candler Road and I got the worse service ever. When the tow truck dropped it off the guy told me that the tow truck guy did not drop off my boyfriend’s key, but the guy didn’t even check and look for the key in the car that’s how lazy he is. Then when I told him he just needed a radiator flush he told me it sounded like another problem. I had the car towed by 8am and by the time my boyfriend pulled up they didn’t even have a lot of cars and they didn’t do the diagnostic. My boyfriend had to drive his car to Firestone across the street from big bear because the mechanics said that something was wrong with his motor but if it was something wrong with the motor he wouldn’t been able to drive it at all. Then they told me that the diagnostic would be 187 just to look at the car. This is the worse Goodyear to go too I would never get a car towed to this location ever again. If you want to go to a better Goodyear try Tucker location it is professional and they will do their jobs. The mechanics at the Goodyear on Candler Road was just standing around smoking cigarettes instead of working on people’s cars. They have customers waiting in the lobby as I write this review. Goodyear on Candler road gets Zero stars from me.
