If you want your reservation to be honored, pick the location on Ted Turner. I walk in and am ignored by all staff, not a single hello or welcome or directions of what to do with a room full of people and no discernible line. I have to find out FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER that they have no cars to honor anyone’s reservations. I asked specifically if someone had a reservation for pick up right now, would they not be getting a car and finally got confirmation from an employee that I would not be getting a car today like I reserved. After I had already driven 30 minutes and been dropped off to pick up this vehicle. And after being told I wasted time and money to get there, do you think I was even given an apology? Offer of compensation? Anything? Nope! I would have even been less pissed off if they would have called me ahead of my reservation to let me know they would not be honoring it, I could have saved money on a ride! DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible business practices, if you need a customer service lesson for your staff, I will gladly come teach them!
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Nick, Aiden and Tasha at Enterprise Rental E Ponce De Leon location. We had a hiccup with our reservation and they were so professional and kind and handled the problem for us. I highly recommend this Enterprise location! Thanks again Nick, Aiden and Tasha for your top tier customer service!!!

As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and several people asking if I had been helped. Nick and Cam were especially helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk me through everything, explain each step clearly, and even walked around the car with me to make sure I understood everything. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the experience feel easy and comfortable. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service!
Booked with them twice, confirmed with employees the day before and both times was told "We don't have anything right now but some cars should be on the way. We don't know how long it will take or what type of cars are coming and oh, you will have to wait behind those people". Unfortunately, this is my closest location but I will no longer be wasting time and delaying trips. Even when you confirm, they will have not cars and no idea when the next one will arrive. The good reviews on this place HAVE TO BE fake.

We visited Enterprise on Sunday without a reservation, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of with genuine care and professionalism.
While we were waiting for our vehicle, Corey was managing the front all on his own with about 10 people coming in at once. He handled everything with incredible leadership—multitasking, making sure every person was acknowledged, and even helping other staff members with questions. It was impressive to watch. Corey truly deserves a raise, bonus, or promotion—he’s an excellent leader.
Malik assisted us outside, and he was just as great. He made sure we had no questions and that everything about our rental was top tier before we left.
You have an amazing team. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Corey and Malik!
