  Enterprise Decatur was absolutely awesome! This was my first experience renting a car, and honestly, they have set the bar very high for any future rental experience. I rented a 2025 Buick Enclave, and the car itself was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and drove beautifully. Everything about the vehicle made the experience smooth and enjoyable, especially while my own car was being repaired. What really stood out, though, was the service. The team at Enterprise Decatur went above and beyond to make things convenient for me. They picked me up directly from Caliber Collision when I dropped my car off for repairs, which was incredibly helpful. When I returned the rental, I was able to drop the Enclave back at Caliber Collision while picking up my own vehicle, making the whole process extremely easy and hassle-free. And beyond the car and the convenience, the people were genuinely amazing, friendly, professional, helpful, and just incredibly nice. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. Overall, this was my first and, so far, my best car-rental experience. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise Decatur to anyone who needs a rental. Great car, great service, and most importantly, great people!

  Don't ever use this Enterprise. My insurance arranged a rental after My accident. Enterprise took my out of pocket (jacked) as well as Progressive.

  I had to rent a car for three consecutive weeks due to unforeseen circumstances and my experience at this location was pretty good with each rental. Justin, the assistant branch manager, helped me with my rentals and his customer service was amazing always insuring I had what I needed! If I ever need a rental in the future this will be my new go to! The prices were great and they always had availability. I appreciate you guys!
