    Great customer service from start to finish, and I was given an awesome car. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

    Friendly staff, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a rental two days in advance, arrived at the scheduled pickup time, and was told the vehicle I reserved was not available. When I asked if a vehicle could be brought from the airport location which typically has a much larger inventory I was told they operate on a “separate system.” As a customer, that explanation is frustrating and feels like a cop-out. If a reservation is confirmed, especially by a company as large as Enterprise that also operates Alamo and National, customers should be able to rely on that commitment being honored. Instead, my entire travel itinerary was disrupted, and I had to scramble last minute to secure a rental through a competitor, who fortunately was able to help immediately. I’ve chosen Enterprise over competitors many times in the past, which made this experience even more disappointing. Being left without a vehicle on the day of a trip is unacceptable and something I wouldn’t expect from a company of this size and reputation

    Despite several follow-up calls, I have still received zero resolution or reimbursement from Enterprise corporate regarding my out-of-pocket hotel. Christina, previous Decatur Manager on Lawrenceville Hwy, promised a refund and showed empathy. My experience remains a nightmare. After a major mechanical failure in a 2025 vehicle left me stranded in Cordele, GA, Enterprise’s response was unacceptable: * Roadside Assistance Failure: No immediate solution was provided, forcing me to pay for a hotel out of pocket. * Cordele Branch Negligence:The next morning, I was told no replacement cars were available. Instead of a shuttle or a swap, their "solution" was to have me drive a malfunctioning, potentially unsafe vehicle to a repair shop myself. * Enterprise Silence: Multiple calls to the Decatur location have gone unanswered or unresolved. I paid for a reliable vehicle and received a safety hazard, a logistical mess, and an unplanned bill. I am still waiting for Enterprise to take accountability and reimburse the costs incurred due to their equipment failure.

    I had an unfortunate experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car while working with Kylencia Johnson. When I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle, the interaction felt unwelcoming, and there was a long delay in receiving the vehicle. During the process, important information was explained very quickly, which made it difficult to fully understand the details. When I returned later to address billing concerns, the interaction remained unpleasant and escalated in a way that was inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe customer communication should always be handled with patience and respect, especially when explaining important rental and billing information. I did, however, appreciate Christine Eze for taking the time to clearly explain everything and providing a much better customer service experience. Her professionalism made a big difference. I also feel stronger management support at this location would help improve overall customer service.

    It must be standard practice that in person customers are more important than those who have actually rented a vehicle and may have issues. Its like they refuse to answer the phones when there are customers in the store, My rental broke down on the side of the highway. I ended up having to call police as car literally cut off in street. I was told by enterprise that I MUST contact the branch where I picked up vehicle to be able to get another vehicle. I have called a minimum of 20 times over a 2+ hour period while stranded on the side of the road trying to get help and to figure out what I needed to do. Everytime I called the branch, I would either be on hold up to 30 minutes or more, and then the call would just magically drop and I would have to call again, or someone would quickly answer and say they'd be right back (not giving you the opportunity to speak a word), and they would never return. Or after sitting on hold for 30-45 minutes the calls would just continuously disconnect for no reason. You can't tell me that they are not purposely avoiding call ins. Horrible horrible experience with these folks, BTW I gave a 1 star rating because that is as low as they allow me to post my review. Shame on you Enterprise.
