    Having a reservation doesn't guarantee your vehicle will be ready. Very frustrating experience at this location. Hertz on Valley Brook Road had what I needed in less than 10 minutes as a walk-in.

    I have rented from this location twice this year. Going to again August 28th. So far a good experience. Sam has good customer service skills. And trys to make sure you are satisfied with your rental.

    I cant believe this location is still open. I came here to post a review about my recent experience with this location and noticed I had already gave them a review that was a 1 star from an experience I had 2 years ago with them. Needless to say the service hasnt gotten any better. I was in a wreck and my insurance set up a reservation for me to pick up a rental on 7/17 at 12:00pm. I was called by a woman to inform me that they didnt have any vehicles for me to pick up (they never do) but would receive a call as soon as they had one in. They never called me back. This location needs to be shut down.
