  I was overcharged for my rental. I returned it on the day it said to, to the address listed in my rental agreement. They did not process my return until a day later. I was also not told to return elsewhere and again, returned to address exactly as listed in rental contract. I would not leave a bad review except I have called repeatedly and been told a manager will get in touch with me, which has never happened. I was charged $400 for a one day rental. I will never use this place again.

  Used this location for an insurance provided rental. One of the easiest experiences I have had in life. They had the car ready as promised, the car was super clean and well maintained. Justin was the gentleman who helped me out; he was very professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you all!

  My car rental experience was efficient, seamless, and customer-focused from start to finish. My pickup advisor, Nahome (sp?), was outstanding. He was attentive, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable operating the vehicle before I left. His professionalism and willingness to help made the pickup process easy and stress-free. My drop-off advisor, Sam P, was equally impressive. She took the time to ask about my experience and ensured the return process was smooth and effortless. Her knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional, and I actually learned more about that particular make and model during our conversation. I was truly impressed by both Nahome’s and Sam’s commitment to customer service. They genuinely cared about creating a positive experience for their customers, and their dedication was evident in every interaction. Kudos to both of them for providing such exceptional service!

  Sam & Justin took such great care of me during my rental experience! They were kind, professional, & made the whole process easy from pickup to drop-off. There was an inconvenience that affected my plans, I had to bring the car back early. No problems! Sam even checked in on me afterward when I returned for other questions & inquires, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful! Customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you both for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate it & would HAPPILY rent from this Enterprise location again!
