- TRTenn ReidMay 13, 20261.0Here is a recent review. My family members car caught fire and the insurance company recommended and made a reservation at this location. The guy that answered the phone was so unprofessional. Everytime I asked him about the availability for a standard sized car he said, "We got the the big stuff you coming outta pocket". I asked what does that mean and what do you have available at least 4 times and we did this dance were he never answered. He did say, "come see the big stuff". This was unprofessional, ignorant, and it's sad to say but I'm second hand embarrassed for this young man. We decided to avoid whatever big stuff is and reserve at the Suwanee location. What a difference!!!

Ciara/Sierra not sure how to spell her name but she was Gem! It was only her 2nd day but you couldn't tell. I only found out by engaging in a little small all while in waited for my vehicle. All of the staff there were nice and had an upbeat attitude! Very hard to find that these days. I appreciate it and recommend this location to everyone! The car was clean with no issues. After hours drop off was easy and convenient!
