  I had an excellent experience with the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 4114 Covington Hwy in Decatur. While my vehicle was being repaired, the staff made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. The rental process was smooth from start to finish, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had reliable transportation and felt valued as a customer. Their communication, friendliness, and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service and for making a difficult time much more manageable. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone in need of a rental vehicle! 🚗⭐

  I been dealing with this particular location for a few years now...Josh is one of the best reps I've had in a long time..very professional and always try to accommodate..the rest of the staff is usually always nice also...I love going here!!!!..I never had any issues and if it was I'm pretty sure it was resolved immediately!!

  Wish I could zero stars! I reserved a SUV in advance just to get a call less than a hour before it was time to pick it up and was told Hey we don’t have a vehicle for you. My reservation was for 5 so that means I have a hour to try and find another vehicle because majority places close between 5/6. The guy who called me RUDE. He going to say this a courtesy call but I have only a hour to find another vehicle in 5 o’clock Atlanta traffic. On top of that it’s Memorial Day weekend so pretty much everything is already booked up. Had to go to the airport to get a rental and got charged almost 400$ more than I would have for THE SAME VEHICLE. I have been trying to contact corporate and they just as worse. Here we are a week later and still no one has contacted me. Update: TWO WEEKS LATER AND STILL NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME about this incident... And the email they send to reach out to someone DO NOT WORK.. Enterprise on Covington I know yall better than this smh
