I am just sharing my experience. If your vehicle get scratch they will let you keep walking for managers for two months after that, they will say we are sorry I mean if your car gets crashed, they will not respond for that. Be careful. Don’t come here if you driver nice car
Edit: Caliber called me back quickly, so I did appreciate that. But it turns out their 3 month trial membership is only for 1 month, so it was extremely deceiving and misleading.
___________
The car wash service is great but their online membership management website is awful. In terms of service, they always have clean towels and their vacuums are strong. My only criticism is that the window cleaner and multipurpose cleaner seem very diluted.
Regarding the membership, I signed up both cars for their 3 month promotion. After one month, they charged me full price. I tried calling but got their voicemail that told me I should go in person to talk to someone. Additionally, there's no way for me to find the 2nd car that I registered to my membership.
What a bad service they have in the location north of Decatur next to a Walmart but very bad attention I don't know if in the other locations it will be like this there were no towels to dry the car I asked a worker and I left as a gift the vacuum cleaners didn't work I asked and they did nothing to solve terrible attention

I’ve been a member at Caliber Car Wash and even subscribed to their highest-tier membership, so I want to give a fair and honest review based on my experience over time.
First, the positives because there are many. The facility itself is well-maintained, and the staff clearly works hard. They consistently keep clean towels stocked, provide cleaning solutions, and make sure the vacuums are running strong. That level of effort and attention to customer experience is something I genuinely appreciate, and it’s one of the reasons I chose to become a member in the first place.
However, I ran into a serious issue that I think others should be aware of.
Over time, I started noticing what looked like glue-like droplets on my car. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but the problem gradually got worse. These spots became extremely difficult to remove—so much so that trying to clean them risks damaging or chipping the paint on my new car.
After my most recent wash, I immediately noticed fresh droplets again and reported it right away. The staff confirmed that the substance appeared to be coming from the wash system itself and acknowledged that it was fresh. While I appreciate that they recognized the issue, I was honestly disappointed with the response. There was no apology, no offer to help deep clean the car, and no solution provided for removing the existing buildup that has already affected my vehicle.
I’ve attached photos showing both the fresh residue right after the wash and the older spots that have hardened over time and become even more difficult to deal with.
I really want to continue supporting this place because they do a lot of things right. But an issue like this especially one that risks damaging a customer’s vehicle needs to be taken more seriously, both in terms of fixing the source and taking care of affected customers.
I hope management addresses this properly, because with the level of service they aim to provide, this shouldn’t be happening.
