- BLBobbie LamontMay 8, 20265.0Open until 10 pm tonight, a Friday! Abraham replaced both my headlights and explained everything to me. I arrived after dark with only one working headlight on my 2013 car. Abraham took care to make sure the new bulbs were in securely. I am so grateful to be able to get this done so late in the day. Abraham made my day with his courtesy and care.

I was able to get to this Autozone location with a jumped battery and walked in around 5:00 pm in hopes they would help. The young man came out and diagnosed the battery as dead and confirmed they had the one I needed in stock. Due to my car having a computer system, it was apparently going to be more complex than I realized! He called his manager who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to install the new battery with no disruption to my system at all! I highly recommend this Autozone and will be going back for all of my car needs!

Well I went ahead and emailed, & was told Manager from this store will reach out to me. Well Nobody reached out! When I called even the store, I was told no manager reached out. This goes on to show this location is completely unprofessional and a joke. Autozone corporate should truly be ashamed this place is even open! I honestly feel like I’m in a 3rd world country and not even in the U.S. Horrible, Horrible customer service from this Horrible store and location. Autozone corporate should truly be ashamed at how they handled this!
