    Do not do same day delivery!!!!!! This store is slow, rude, and inconsiderate. I ordered my parts, around 4pm, for same day delivery (8pm) and waited patiently for an extra 30 minutes. I checked my order online and there was no status change. I called the store where I was given two different explanations and told i had to go into the store to pickup my order. I called corporate and the store mags them wait for over 10 minutes to give them the run around too. So I called an Uber to go to the store to pickup my order all for them to not have it ready an hour after the delivery time. So now I have to wait for John C. to find all my parts for my order and realize that they don't have one of my parts. Then his counter part starts to discuss the issue and talk about me as if I wasn't even standing there. I think it's very crazy that I walked in to pickup my delivery order and I had to stand around and wait to then be spoken to crazily. Ladies beware they don't know how to treat customers

    Had a terrible experience,being a women doesn't mean I dont know about cars !!!the guy helping me out looking g at me with this attitude 😒 talking to me like I was a 5 yr old and to top it off did not have change wth it was a horrible experience if I could give him 0 star I would have but 0 for customer service!!!never would send my clients here work in the car dealership and will never ever send my people here.

    This place is almost always a quick in and out if you know what your after. Self check out is always got a transaction already on it...making it useless... customers can't take items off if they use it to check a price.
