  They were super nice and cheerful! My tech was Fox and he was very polite and engaging. Will be coming back for my next oil change! I appreciated not being pressured to do additional services but he explained each one and what it was for. Great service and experience!

  Very respectful crew here! I came in and they were able to get my oil change going immediately! Austin was a very nice cashier and very nice overall! Fox changed my oil and gave me recommendations what's best for my car which I appreciate. Very great team, would definitely recommend!

  I will not return here for another oil change. When we arrived, we were second in line, and the employees moved the vehicles around to keep everyone in order. Somehow, a customer who arrived about 10 minutes after us was still serviced before us. They pulled our car into a bay, and Braden lifted the hood. Then a technician from the other bay called him over, and he began helping with the vehicle that should have been behind us. We were left sitting there with no one working on our car until the other vehicle was completely finished. The manager, Mike, eventually came over to remove and replace the oil. He barely communicated with us, even when I questioned whether all the old oil had been removed because the machine still appeared to be pulling out a significant amount. He simply said yes, walked over to another vehicle. As we were checking out, no one discussed the fluids with us or anything other than trying to sell is a filter. When I mentioned that customers had been taken out of order, he laughed and said, “Yeah,” without offering any explanation or apology. Braden showed us the oil was capped off then told us we were good to go without checking the tire pressure. My husband had to ask about it, and Braden said he could check it “if we wanted.” I asked whether that was supposed to be included in the service we were paying for, and he admitted that it was but said he had been busy all day. This is the second time I have come here and had to ask them to check my tires. Customers should not have to remind employees to complete services that are supposed to be included. For an oil change costing $90 to $100, I expect the full service I paid for, basic communication, and professional treatment. This location provided none of that. After experiencing similar issues twice including unprofessional behavior from management this will absolutely be my last visit. Mike as a manger should do better and so should his employees.. Brendan and Stone * Unfortunately, this was not my first poor experience with Mike in management. During my previous visit, I asked Mike about getting a transmission flush. Mike seemed more interested in talking about his son playing baseball and criticizing the former manager than answering my questions. When I asked how difficult the service would be, someone called him over, and he immediately shifted his attention to another vehicle. After waiting about five minutes with no one returning to help me, I had to ask them to bill me out, and I left without the transmission flush
