  Wished they had a way of determining who was in line first & help them in the order they arrived, I waited in line for more than an hour even though all three bays were open. There were customers waiting in each with a tech working each line, but the two other lines moved faster than the one I was in and 3 customers that arrived after me were helped and left before I even made it into a bay. I don’t mind waiting my turn but it’s a little frustrating to watch people arrive after you and leave before you. That’s my only wish/suggestion…staff is always friendly and helpful.

  They did a great job with my truck. In and out under 15 minutes and back on the road for our road trip as we typically use Megel but in our last minute pinched ventured out. The discount code made it nice where we were only paying about $35 more than the supplies cost to pick up and do it myself

  I didn’t get any service today. What happened was I pulled up to the front of the bays rang the bell. It’s 7:53 AM and the dude comes out and kinda like he’s put off by the fact that I’m sitting outside waiting for the place to open at 8 o’clock. Where was I supposed to park if i to want service on the other side of the road so I left he didn’t get my business today

  I got a flat in the Kroger parking lot right by this Valvoline and couldn’t get the bolts off the tire to change it. I came over here and asked for help and sure enough, the manager named Mike came to the rescue and was kind enough to come help me change my tire! He was the sweetest and I will for sure be going to this Valvoline for oil changes and other things from now on! They’ve earned a loyal customer!

  While trying to get to Kroger, my friend accidentally drove over a nail and we got a flat tire. We didn’t know what to do until we went over to Valvoline and asked one of the gentlemen there to help us change it because we already had a spare. The manager, Mike, was kind enough to help and was super friendly the whole time!! He was able to change it for us and we didn’t have to spend any insane amount of money or risk getting home late. Thank you Mike!!
