  It is 5:22 I was here for a 4:00 appt. My car is still in the parking lot. He said it would be an hour at 3:50….an hour and a half ago. If they had just been up front I would have made other arrangements but the lack of respect for my time or that I had to hunt someone down to get an update just adds to the misery of this experience. This will be my 6th and last tire here. Update: a 4:00 appt to replace ONE tire….finally pulled my car back at 5:45 and were finished in 15 minutes. Checked out at 6:10 with a sheepish discount (but no apology) It is the disrespect. A return customer with a history of purchasing…To make me sit for 2+ hours for a 15 minute process…well, you don’t want or need my business. To respond: No I will not email you. I just realized when I got home that you did not put my spare tire back just left it in the back of my car for me, a 65 year old woman, to put back. I don’t have any idea where it goes. If this kind of service is what the public can expect I recommend going somewhere else.

  Scared to come back and get my car fixed. Tire and engine light came on 2 hours after leaving here...

  Any chance this place had to ever get any of my business went straight out the door today. I really dont know his name but he is the young punk with a smart butt attitude who wears glasses. Tire discounters need to rethink who they hire because customer service is everything in a business like this!

  Bad, did a bad alignment on my truck ruined my tires and refused to refund me the alignment or replace my tires. Plus the rep was cussing and basically blaming Chevrolet took it to Chevy and of course the alignment was bad plus the truck still had the original factory camber clips that don’t get replaced after an alignment.

  First time using this company and location. James was my mechanic, he was knowledgeable, professional, just all around good dude. so good I tipped him. Great service is very hard to find and he made a customer for life. TJ helped me at the front desk on a very busy fully booked Saturday and juggled the pressure very well working quickly and efficiently to get things done. I would use them 💯 in the future for tire, brake or any other work they can provide.
