Called to see if they could fix a tire that has a nail in it. It was an hour before closing so I do understand if you don’t want to fix it because of that but he said we will be here till 6. Showed up at 5 minutes later for him to tell me they are not allowed to fix a tire if the whole is in the tread. This is a prime example of what’s wrong with everyone and nobody wants to help anybody else now. I would avoid this place like the plague because there is no customer service and your blood pressure will be up when you leave. There is no competent people at the Dawsonville location and I had to change the spare on the side of the road, no help from them what so ever. Will never go to a Mavis again and I hope all of them get diarrhea on the way home tonight.

I have been here three time in the past year. This place is my go to tire and brake place. I live 25 miles away and still continue to bring my business here. I have had a brake job done, bought a set of tires, and had a tire repaired for free from here. Great general manager and staff. Always courteous and friendly!!

Coy is incredible!!! About a week ago, I came to this location because my car had a low tire pressure alert meaning I needed to get air for them. When I got there, I walked inside and nervously asked if I could get help filling them since I’ve never done it on my own. Not only did Coy help me fill them up, he took the time to explain and demonstrate how to use the pump and get it done properly so I can do so myself next time!! I recommend 100% for the customer service alone, the rest is an added benefit

I came in for rear tires for my car and they did a wonderful job, I don't hear the rubbling sound that my car was having. Even though it took a little longer than I thought, the staff was very polite and helpful in getting my car fixed. Highly recommend their services.
