This place was kind to a newbie to the area. They checked my tires because my dash said to! They explained that this will happen because of temperature changes. Something we aren't used to. They were very nice about it. We will see them again.

Yesterday in the rain, my wife had the lights come on for her tires with one dropping about 50%. She stopped in expecting that there was a nail in the tire. Coy thoroughly checked all the tires and could not find an issue but refilled them for no charge. We are due for tires this year for this car, and we will definitely bring it here. Greatly appreciate it!

This is hands down the BEST Mavis location! They truly go above and beyond for everyone who walks through their doors. They’ve helped me with everything from plugging a tire to, most recently, saving a kitten that had gotten stuck in my front bumper.
Jay was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. The level of kindness, care, and willingness to help at this location is unmatched. I genuinely cannot recommend this team enough!

Amazing Customer Service!
I stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes just to get some air in my tires, and they went above and beyond! While helping me, they noticed a nail in one of my tires and quickly took care of it by patching it. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to help. What could have turned into a much bigger problem was handled quickly and stress-free. Wonderful! I had an appointment in Alpharetta Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. After that I was heading north past Dawsonville to beat rush hour with all the normal commuters, holiday campers and tourist heading to the mountains. I got a tire pressure sensor warning and pulled right in to Mavis Tire & Brakes. They quickly took a look, identified a screw in my tire, and pulled it into the garage. Very quickly they fixed the tire and sent me on my way. And they wouldn't let me pay for the service. Wow! And I beat the rush hour traffic. Very grateful.
