I went in to get a nail removed from one of my rear tires and get the hole plugged. They were able to do so very quickly and got me back on the road again. Highly recommend this location and specifically David Edwards, as he was very kind and helpful the entire time.

Had to use this location at closing on a Sunday for my tire that was going flat and they were absolutely outstanding. Charles and Wade went above and beyond to help me out at the very last minute. Wade had my tire patched up and ready to go in no time. Couldn't be more grateful to both of them and the friendliness and efficiency especially at closing on a Sunday. Thank you guys so very much and highly recommended this place to anyone in need.

This place is awful. Got 4 new tires on April 28th- in the process; they gauged and scratched every single rim on my brand new Audi. The store manager had a terrible attitude about it but eventually acknowledged his mistakes. I was supposed to hear from their wheel repair guy “Kay”. I never heard from him, followed up with manager David 3 times and finally was provided “Kay”s contact. I was told he would call me back to “see what the problem is”; never heard back. I called Corporate to explain the situation. I was then told a “service ticket” was filed and I would hear from the regional manager. Guess what?? You’re right, never heard from them. So it’s be 3 months and this issue is still left unresolved. No calls, no care in the world for their customers or the service they provide.

I'm from MS and had a mishap underneath my Ford Explorer. I brought my truck to Mavis on a Sunday heading back home( Thank God they were opened)! I was in panic mode.
