  24 hours on breaks and oil change after dropping it off at 8 am. Watched them change my oil right before I picked it up at 8am the following day. Cost me a whole day of work so needless to say WE will not be coming back

  This is the best service I have ever had on my vehicle. Awesome staff very thorough on explaining all my needs. Highly recommended, will be returning to Grease Monkey Dawsonville, Ga. Recommended to all family members and friends.

  I was driving by and decided to stop in for an oil change, and I’m so glad I did! The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The recommendations they gave me were actually helpful and didn’t feel pushy at all. While I was there, I mentioned another unrelated issue I had been experiencing with my vehicle. Randy and Brandon not only diagnosed the problem, but they went above and beyond to help find a solution. It’s so refreshing to find mechanics who genuinely care about solving problems instead of just selling services. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Grease Monkey to anyone looking for honest, helpful automotive care!
