- SGSaul GreenSep 27, 20261.0I am writing to formally report an alarming safety and management issue at this facility. My pregnant fiancé was inside purchasing food when she discovered a severe hygiene hazard at the McDonald's drink station, including visible mold on the dispenser nozzles. When she began recording the condition of the machine, the McDonald's manager aggressively confronted her, got in her face, and pursued her out the door while yelling at her. My fiancé naturally raised her voice to defend herself while being cornered and followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, protecting a customer, or addressing the public health concern occurring inside your facility, your site manager took the side of the aggressive McDonald's manager. Rather than acting as a neutral or responsible authority, your facility manager used property authority to officially trespass us from the entire premises. It is completely unacceptable for facility leadership to enable hostile employee behavior, ignore blatant sanitation hazards under their roof, and penalize customers who expose safety violations. This travel center needs an immediate review of its management team, proper de-escalation training, and a complete audit of the health and sanitation standards of its tenants.

- DDDareDayanSep 19, 20263.0poorly run Pilot. Lot is noticeably smelly, pump key pads routinely malfunction, and they take forever to clean the showers and keep the line moving. On the plus side, the lot is larger than a typical Pilot.
