- ABAshley BighamJun 20, 20261.0This is the second time in the past month I have used your rentals and both times I was very clear with the staff what type of SUV I would like based on what I currently drive. The first time I get a vehicle that smells like marijuana was told I could swap the next day ...... I was stuck in that vehicle almost a week with coworkers reporting to my supervisor that they smelled marijuana coming from my car in the parking lot. When I finally got it swapped it was also into another small crossover type SUV I did not want.this current rental I reached out 5 days in advance before picking it up and was assured that they were going to have what I was requesting held for me that didn't happen again stuck in a small crossover no higher off the ground than a car. Took me over a week to get it swapped out into a bronco that was absolutely awful but again after communicating with them days in. Advanced and being told they would hold me an SUV like I was requesting I get there and I'm told they don't have anything but a minivan?!!? Someone brought the bronco back so I was offered than piece of junk. The whole time I'm waiting there's a Pathfinder sitting in the parking lot that's given to a man who came in behind me !........I was promised weeks in advance and never actually received the vehicle I was asking for. I had 2 claims on my vehicle the first one was finished and the when the new claim started I had my insurance company rent me a vehicle through Hertz. I was paying out of pocket to cover the difference for the SUV I was requesting and I never actually got one not one day of my time renting through enterprise. If I can help if I will never get another vehicle from enterprise
