- GMGen MJul 12, 20265.0This particular enterprise location is worlds above the usual rental experience. They always answer the phone quickly, for starters. I rented an SUV and unfortunately the ac wasn’t working properly, so I sat around the office for quite some time while the manager called just about every location within 50 miles to try and find me something that would fit all our luggage. They did eventually get my car situation sorted, including a discount for the trouble. During the time while I waited, I watched them navigate not only my problem, but also a computer system failure, an angry customer who was unhappy with Enterprise corporate policy, a generally extremely busy day of pickups and drop offs, flat tires and repairs— all with sweltering temps outside. They did all of this with kindness and professionalism, and maintained cheerful attitudes with each other despite the stressful day. 10/10 staff at this location.
