  I was just here today and very disappointed. They had someone before you enter the drive thru wash who was spraying your car and he only did my front windshield, so my car came out completely dirty. He didn’t spray the roof, hood, sides, or back. I spent an hour trying to wipe the outside because the wash did nothing. I attached a picture of the roof, my entire car was still this dirty after. They had half of the vacuums closed, and the of ones that were open, only half of those worked. I had to wait for someone to leave and move my car 3 times just to get it somewhat clean inside. The floor mat cleaner also doesn’t work. They do provide some type of cleaner and towels. Definitely not worth $18. I’ll be driving further to try somewhere new next time!

  They could never get my payment right and double charged me a few times and they really don't like spraying your car off before sending you through

  I can’t say enough good things about Zip’s Car Wash in Dallas, GA. This morning at 8 AM, after losing a family member the night before, I stopped by to wash my car before starting the day. It had been an incredibly difficult 24 hours, and I wasn’t expecting anything more than a clean car. The kindness I was shown by the employee working this morning truly made a difference. Even on a Monday morning, when most people would rather be anywhere else, they greeted me with genuine compassion and warmth. That small act of kindness helped brighten what has been one of the hardest days I’ve had in a long time, and I’m so grateful for it. I’ve been a regular customer for quite a while, and this experience is just another reminder of why I keep coming back. The wash is always clean, traffic moves efficiently, there’s never a long wait for supplies, and the vacuums and trash cans are consistently well maintained. Great service and a well-kept facility are always appreciated, but genuine kindness is something you’ll never forget. Thank you for making a difficult day just a little bit easier!

  Sent it through a second time after the first didn't get all the dirt off my car, then it took the emblem off the front of my car and there was STILL dirt on the front and back of my car that I had to manually remove with a microfiber towel.
