  My experience today was AMAZING! Chris and Kurt helped me & I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for their help with my ongoing issue. It was a pleasure. I'll definitely be back but hopefully not too soon lol.

  My experience with Mavis is fantastic. They stay on top of their job, communication is always present, they keep the shop well maintained, and they are professional and I can tell they not only care about their customers but also their employees. Thank you Mavis for an absolutely wonderful experience!

  I came into this location on yesterday 08/24/26 needing tires due to me having a blow out while traveling back from a family trip on Sunday. I made a last minute appointment late Sunday night and when I got there around 08:45am I was greeted with a smile by Chris at the front counter as I explained to him my situation and that I think I needed tires all the way around and Chris immediately walked to my car with me and took a look at the blown our tire and explained to me several scenarios that could cause this issue. he kept me informed and and recommended several other options to me. I sat and waited on my car as I worked and also noticed he and the rest of his staff greet each individual walked in with awesome customer service (even when the phone rang) I left there very satisfied with the work they did on my car as well as the final pricing on all the things that I needed done. I will definitely come back to this location as well as recommend friends and family to this new location

  Went in to change drums pads on my 2014 Acura.Technician pulled of the tires and rotors..come to find out that the pads still had 80 % life on them. Didn't change and left as is. No charge for the labor. Most places would have charged something for labor. Very professional and open honesty.Will definitely be heading back to do some additional maintenance in the near future..Just found my mechanic shop for preventative maintenance.

  Last time was fine. This time I go in to get 1 tire replaced, they recommend that I change two. So I buy 2 completely new tires, a few hours later all 4 tires show low air. I take it back to get fixed, because ok accidents happen. Im otw to work the next day and AGAIN all 4 tires are low with air. Before I went to them it showed that 1 tire was low on air. I called back in the manager was helpful about fixing it.At least
