I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire, especially thanks to AJ. I brought my vehicle in to have the brakes and rotors checked, and AJ was professional, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My family was packed up and ready to the hit the road just to find out that our alternator was bad. Not to be deterred, Harold stepped in, ordered the new part and had it delivered within 1 hour. Secondly, he brought us to the front of the line and had the new part installed within 2 hrs. Originally, this could've turned into 1-2 days of frustration and delayed family vacation.. Instead, it was only a 3 hour delay thanks to Harold and his team.
