Great customer service. Was working hard trying to accommodate everyone. Only thing with the kind of work they do and no A/C is not good for the employees or customers who are waiting. Hot and humidity makes customers get angry quick and also the employees patience gets a little shorter. And it’s understandable!!!!!!!

Arrived at open without appointment with flat tire. Even with 2 others in front of me they helped me and were able to get my tire patched and me on the road within an hour. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

The staff was very welcoming. I came in for the squeaking in my brakes .Everything was explained in full detail as to what was going on with the brakes and what needed to be done. I had an excellent experience at this Mavis location! I came in after experiencing a tire blow out, from a pothole. They replaced my other front tire and notified me of the condition of my brakes. Additionally, they even took a second look at my car, after a whining noise continued after the work was done.
They shared what they found, as well as their recommendations, and came up with a plan that worked for me. I appreciate them being informative and not being pushy; especially coming in without my husband. I would definitely come back to this location again! Thank you all, again! 😊🫶🏽
