  AJ is absolutely amazing! I used to dread coming to this location (although it’s the closest) because the customer service was so poor. Now that AJ is here, I feel at ease when having to visit. He is so kind, so patient, and willing to answer any questions I have. Thank you AJ!!!

  I have a physical handicap and chronic pain and trying to get my wheelchair in and out of the vehicle when I’m in a lot of pain and stuff besides the fact that I have no balance can be difficult at times so I took a shortcut thinking I could maybe make it a few feet without falling thank goodness what I needed here at Autozone was right in the front upon checking out and trying to leave I was very unsteady when a young man named Trey Saw me and offered to help I told him it would be a big help if he didn’t mind and would just walk slowly in front of me and let me put my hands on his shoulders to help steady meat till I got back to my vehicle and he did So I told him thank you And I appreciate it. He said he didn’t mind helping people in need at all. Which can be unusual Most people even if you’re on the ground, we’ll just walk by you like you’re drunk and you’re not their problem like when I fell in Walmart On Car Parkway in Marietta at Roswell Street. My Wheelchair had broken down and there were no handicap carts available So I got a basket and hoped it would help me stay up on my feet Well, I made it to get the things I needed it checked out and on my way out the front door just Before I went through the second doors, I fell employees, as well as dozens of customers walked right by me laying on the floor. I waited to see if someone was gonna offer to help me or not since I was unable to get up alone. 30 minutes later, I dial 911 When two firetrucks pulled up to the front door suddenly an employee walked over to me and asked me if I needed help or not. I told them 30 minutes ago or anytime before now would’ve been great but now the fire department was here to help me only did the fire department help me get up, but they help me make it to my car as well!

  Heather and Jacob are the best! Everytime I have came in to change out my coolant system over the past month. They were on it and have one of thr best customer service.
