My mom received truly wonderful customer service at AutoZone thanks to Amar T. He was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make her day better. What she thought would be a stressful errand turned into a moment of genuine care and support. What I didn’t know then was that just a few days later, I’d be gaining a new close friend and role model — someone whose kindness started with helping my mom and ended up impacting my life too. Amar’s service was excellent, but his character is what stands out most.

Huge shoutout to Amar T at AutoZone. I came in bummed about my car issues, and he jumped right in — scanned the codes, recommended the right parts, and patiently guided me through replacing my spark plugs myself. Knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help. That kind of patience and genuine willingness to help is rare. Amar made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. Truly outstanding customer service.

This is our neighborhood store and we have come many times over the years for various needs. They are always friendly and helpful, but today, Aliya went out of her way to help fix my headlights. The store was rather busy but she spent 10 minutes with me in the store and at least another 15 minutes with me at my vehicle. Not only did she save me time and money, but she gave me peace of mind that my headlights will keep me safe while driving. Thank you, Auto Zone and Aliya! 😊

So...I'm walking up to grab wipers for a work truck...an employee just finished testing another customer battery(?) and opened the door for me and greeted me. That's when I knew "I am Visible" (you see, doubt had been growing by the some of you all drive...lol). That's extra mile service in today's world. It used to be common courtesy, but that must've died with Chivalry. Not at this Auto zone in Dacula on Dacula Rd. Another employee, served me at the counter, very patient, extremely helpful...walked me to the wiper section, explained the cost difference, explained even though the F650 wasn't present, I could bring it anytime for free installation! Guys I truly regret not getting your names, but the men working that day, were on their A game.

First of all I’m just a girl lol. One of my headlights was out and Adil was willing and able to help soon as I walked in. They even installed them for free. He took the time to go over the different kinds of lights with me. Installation was quick and easy, he let me watch just in case I needed to know how to do it. But overall great staff, 10/10.
