  Cyprien is, without exaggeration, one of the best human beings I’ve ever had the chance to meet. He helped me change my battery and made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free. His customer service is amazing, but his kindness, patience, and positive energy are what truly make him stand out. He always goes above and beyond and genuinely makes every customer feel important. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have someone like him. Honestly, if everyone were like Cyprien, the world would be a better place. A true legend!

  Not a great experience here. I live nearby, so I come in pretty often in the evening after work, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. The employees often seem like they don’t want to be there, and the overall attitude toward customers just isn’t very welcoming. The only person in there who usually knows stuff is the bald guy, so when he isn't there in the evening good luck trying to find anything. I’ve overlooked it in the past since I’m usually just stopping in to grab something quickly, but after visiting other locations, the difference in customer service is pretty noticeable. The other locations I’ve been to have been much friendlier and more helpful, which really highlights how differently customers are treated at this location. I hope management takes the feedback seriously, because the location itself is convenient, but the customer service makes me think twice about coming back.

  Aliya, the manager, was so kind! She helped me with my car in the rain, and when I asked if we should wait for it to ease up, she said it was no problem and that she didn’t want to keep me waiting. While my wipers were being replaced, she put a windshield treatment on my car and said it would help keep the water off. She was absolutely right! Once I got on the highway, the water was literally beading right off my windshield. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other products she recommended!

  Heather and Kyle are top notch when it comes to customer service! Every time I call with an oddball situation they always find me a way out of it, retail side is also great if you’re local and worried about a “Lilburn Autozone” experience fear not! Proficiency and professionalism is the name of the game for this location!

  Wow!!!! What amazing customer service! My battery died and came here for a new one....Aliya was AMAZING! She was so attentive and obviously well-trained! Had me in and out in no time. What a pleasant experience. Aliya turned my terrible morning into a much better afternoon. Thank you!!!
