  Canceling my subscription immediately. Two Bill Cycles ago, I came in to request cancellation because of the price increase [$20 became $23 the first time it was bought out... then $34 with no notice when Whistle roll over] and got limited response from the primary manager at the Browns Bridge, Cumming, GA. location. No less than four attempts to speak with him in person but they were never on site. I was told by staff that he had just stepped out for lunch, he was on break and unable to speak with me. He never replied at any time from my repeated attempts and having left my phone number each time. The day that I met Amira, she immediately jumped into action and left messages for the manager as well as sent an email to customers support on my behalf. When I received no response from customer "service", she repeated the effort and sent additional emails on my behalf. She was wonderful and should be considered for a promotion in my opinion. Thank you Amira. I am now two bill cycles in at the increased price and am told that no refund or adjustment will be provided. I am quite unhappy with the price change, the lack of attention by the primary manager, and the delay in response through emails which caused my second bill cycle to hit my bank account. Canceling immediately!

  Always inconsistent. Even though I paid for a higher car wash, the results were subpar and the car wash itself didn’t even do the same routine every time, especially the last drying aspect. Overall this place is overpriced, and cancelling the membership itself is a hassle as well.

  Evan is great! He took the time to make sure we were registered while dealing with a large backup due to a broken vacuum and many not so polite customers. The commitment to a good experience was noteworthy!

  BEWARE this car wash is designed to rip off customers . Machine malfunctioned and broke entire windshield the attendant ensured manager “Phillip Black” would submit a claims form. After several attempts to receive copy of claim form and reimburesement check for windshield damages, Phillip Bkack texts us a copy of the claim form which was just a picture of a piece of paper filled out with no email thread that was not submitted then he proceeded to email me a picture of a piece of paper with a claims rejection form filled out in pen. There are 875 Better Business Bureau customer complaints filed in 2026 and the business replies with the same stock paragraph to each customer offering NO resolutions to claims. There is a phone number listed for this business which has avoicemail that does not allow you to leave a voicemail message and has no customer support assistance. Many customers have reported that their accounts are being repeatedly charged with no reimbursements received. There is no way to communicate with this company via email or telephone and there is no customer service support. No one is reimbursed for damages to vehicles.
