  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Valvoline on Bethelview Road in Cumming! The entire team was friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. One of the service technicians, Alondra, was especially kind and took the time to answer several questions I had about my car. She explained everything clearly and even gave me some helpful advice about a couple of concerns I had. Another technician also jumped in to answer additional questions and together they made me feel well taken care of instead of rushed. The service was quick, the staff was genuinely welcoming and I appreciated that they honored a great online discount as well. Excellent customer service, fast oil change, and a team that truly cares about helping their customers. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this location!

  Gavin, Max, and all the guys at this Valvoline were awesome to work with. I pulled in on a busy day and they got me taken care of right away. Top tier fast and efficient service, you can tell everyone here actually cares about doing the job right instead of just rushing you out the door. Good honest crew. I’ll be back for sure.

  This review is a bit unconventional, but completely necessary. I've never had a service at a Valvoline before, in fact, I haven't been a driver in Georgia long enough to establish a trustworthy business to service my car. But on Friday as I passed this location my battery light came on, so I got in the turn lane and when I tried to turn off Bethelview - I realized I had no power steering. The Kroger was packed, so I made another very painful right turn and turned on my hazards and looked around for a safe place to park. I made the turn into the back of this location and parked in the very back. After I called someone to get me (and my dog😟) I looked up and realized what business I was behind and several employees were outside lol. I didn't want to freak them out, so I walked up and told them what happened and apologized for loitering where I could have been helped, (but I had my senior dog with me and was worried about her being in the hot car). Every person standing in front of me was overwhelmingly understanding and made me feel completely safe and at ease about being there until my car was towed. Anyways, I wanted to give this location accolades for being so professional and kind when I wasn't even a customer, and I look forward to seeing you guys again soon when I come in as a new customer. 😉

  This was my 2nd trip in 3 days. Chase the Team leader at this location is an incredible, social , knowledgeable human being. Its such a pleasure speaking with a 25 year old and they can look you in the eye, articulate and hold a conversation. Chase should be an area manager if not more for the Valvoline brand. Do not miss out or lose this employee

  As a woman, sometimes routine maintenance can be intimidating, but,Willie and Isaiah made the process, not only fully transparent, but very comfortable! One thing that will ensure that I will be back was their transparency in recommendations. While I believed that I was due for an additional maintenance item that would push my bill over my budget, they took the time to make a full analysis as a team and decided that it was not needed at this visit, saving me quite a bit of money. The best part was, I never left my vehicle and it was exceptionally fast!!!
