  If I could give ZERO stars I would. The dryer blower lifted the hinge on my windshield wiper and then the chamois roller crushed it. I immediately filed a damage report, which came back "not the fault of the car wash" so I'm out 85$. I replied and never received a response. I was told by an employee of the wash that just a few weeks before my car was damaged that a jeep owner experienced a similar incident where the roller bent the wiper into the windshield and cracked it significantly.

  Staff was phenomenal, everyone was very nice and professional. Amira took the time to ask questions and made sure I left with nothing less than a smile on my face!

  I Had a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash! Andrew Frank was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. My car looked amazing afterward. Definitely recommend this location if you want great customer service and a clean car!

  The car wash itself is OK. The workers seem to care less. The whole entire front of my truck was covered with bugs and they barely even touched it with a brush before sending me through. A windshield didn’t even get a pre-wash or anything. My truck came out of the wash with bugs on the windshield and on my grill. It seems to have been this way the last three washes.

  Have a prepaid membership for another vehicle so I planned on purchasing one for recently purchased truck. Was unable to prepay online and the attendants were unable to do it without their manager’s help (not there that day). Decided to get a wash while there and left scratches and a gouge on the side of my truck. Since the manager, Philip was not there, I returned the following day to file an incident report. Received a follow up email from corporate stating that they have denied the claim to fix the damage.
