  Brought car in to have windshield replaced/repaired. Told that it was already repaired and nothing needed to be done even though I had full replacement authority from the dealer I bought the car from, on their cost. Now my windshield is cracking and they want me to get a new windshield even though they should have replaced at time I brought it in if that was ever going to be an issue.

  Do not take your Tesla to Safelite. They broke our windshield camera bracket. We kept getting a clean windshield camera code, we had Tesla look at it and they found the bracket was cracked and cross threaded. Tesla told us to take it where the windshield was replaced and they should cover it. Of course Safelite says since Tesla looked at it they must of broke it and refuse to offer a warranty on what Safelite broke. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY SAFELITE!!!! Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. Never again will they see my business or any of my families. Absolutely horrible customer service and denial of what they did.

  Both technicians that helped me in this process were great. Emma came by my work, informed me that the crack was too big for repair and would need to be replaced. Even helped me set up the appointment right there for replacement of the windshield. She was on time between the repair time arranged and was super helpful. Then we had the technician out to our house that weekend and he fixed the windshield very quickly and it looks better then it did when i bought the car. Nothing but praise for these two people.

  I had a great experience getting the windshield replaced on my BMW 7 Series at the Cumming location. The service was professional, timely, and the calibration for the advanced driver systems on the 7 Series was handled perfectly. A huge thanks to Tricia, the Assistant Store Manager, for her excellent communication and for making the check-in process seamless. My technician, Mike, did a fantastic job with the installation—his attention to detail and expertise were evident. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing high-quality glass repair!

  They provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I initially called the 800 number to schedule a windshield replacement, but when I arrived for my appointment, there was a glitch in the work order that prevented them from completing the installation. Since the windshield required calibration—and those settings are tied to the work order—we had to reschedule for later in the week. They had their IT team look into the issue, but unfortunately, all of my work orders were accidentally deleted. When I returned on Friday, there was no record of my appointment, so we had to reschedule yet again. Fortunately, everything went smoothly after that. The final appointment took about an hour and 45 minutes, and the job was completed without any issues. Despite the inconvenience of multiple visits, they made it right by compensating me for my time and the extra trips.
