  Yall, these were the absolute nicest people ever. I went to the location in cumming ga on Keith Bridge Road. My appointment time was schedule for 3 pm but I emailed the manager asking if I could come in earlier and he immediately responded and said yes. They replaced my windshield so quick but did an outstanding job! The technician was so kind to me and went above and beyond with my car. I won’t ever go to another place for any sort of window repair again. I don’t ever do google reviews but this place and the people there deserve 1,000 stars

  I broke my window on my kayak. Yup, that’s right! But, Safelite was amazing. I was able to make an appointment, actually for the next day, online, on a Sunday. Unfortunately, they experienced manpower issues, which happen, but notified me first thing Monday morning to change my appointment to Thursday. Which was both understandable and necessary. Ian, the manager was very communicative and accommodating with my schedule. Then, on Thursday, Richard, the technician, called 20 minutes ahead to let me know when he would be meeting me. He was exceptionally punctual. He had everything necessary and replaced my broken window in less than thirty minutes, and in this awful heatwave we’ve had. He even didn’t mind me asking questions because I’m naturally curious about things I haven’t experienced. He was a genuinely nice guy and great at his job. The cost was exactly as quoted and I even got to work on time. Safelite repair. Safelite replace. It’s the only place I’ll go for my vehicle glass needs.

  Joe and Patrick of Safelite in Dawsonville provided 5-star service. Their communication was excellent. Patrick is knowledgeable and punctual. I will definitely contact them again, if needed. They made replacing my windshield easy and worry free.

  Ian, who runs the shop, is incredibly accommodating and explained everything to me in detail. He quickly fit me into the schedule and a senior level technician did a fantastic job fixing a crack that could have potentially cracked more due to the type of crack it was. The facility is clean and you can feel that the business is run well.

  I had my windshield replaced by your company, but unfortunately the replacement glass appears blurry and affects visibility. I visited your Cumming location and explained the issue. The staff advised me to follow a cleaning procedure and wipe the glass with a microfiber cloth. I followed the instructions exactly as recommended, but the problem was not resolved. I have also tried contacting customer service several times. On one occasion, a representative answered, took my email address, and assured me that someone would contact me to address the issue. It has now been more than three weeks, and I have not received any phone call or email. I do not like writing negative reviews, and my intention is not to criticize your business. I simply need assistance in resolving this issue. I would greatly appreciate a response from your team by phone or email so that the windshield problem can be properly inspected and corrected. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you.
