  I had a great experience using satellite it was easy. They took care of everything including my insurance. A pebble hit my windshield in by brand new car and he took geat care of it. I will definitely recommend satellite.

  **DO NOT USE SAFELITE — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY WITH THE MOBILE SERVICE FROM THE BUFORD LOCATION*** I am extremely disappointed with Safelite and the way this entire situation has been handled. I scheduled a mobile windshield chip repair, and technician Javier came out to perform the service. What should have been a simple, minor repair turned into a much bigger problem when additional cracks appeared in my windshield after the repair. Now, instead of having a small chip repaired, I am facing a full windshield replacement. This is completely unacceptable. I contacted Safelite expecting them to investigate what happened and take responsibility for the outcome, but instead, I was told that the additional cracking is considered a “failed repair” and that I am responsible for replacing my windshield. I even spoke with manager Gabriel, hoping someone in management would take this seriously and help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. I was essentially left to deal with the consequences and potential expense myself. **How is this acceptable customer service?** A company should not be able to leave a customer with a worse problem after providing a service and then simply dismiss the situation by calling it a failed repair. At the very least, the company should thoroughly investigate what happened, explain its findings, and provide a fair resolution. Customers should not feel abandoned when something goes wrong. If GEICO is referring you to Safelite for windshield repairs, please do your research and carefully consider your options before agreeing to the service. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not want another customer to go through the same situation. I believe Safelite needs to be held accountable for how these situations are handled. Customers deserve transparency, professional workmanship, and meaningful support when a repair goes wrong. Instead, I am left with additional damage, the possibility of paying for an entire windshield replacement, and no satisfactory solution from management. **I would not recommend Safelite based on my experience.** A company's responsibility to its customers should not end the moment a repair fails. Do better, Safelite.

  Everyone at the Keith Bridge location was awesome. The whole experience start to finish couldn't have been easier. Book online and opt for the premium service. You won't regret it. I needed a new windshield for my 2021 Jeep Renegade due to a chip that started to spread. The first windshield they were sent had scuff marks. The technician let me know and I decided to wait on a new one. The new windshield was perfect. Installed, calibrated and ready to roll in less than 2 hours. Hard lesson learned: if you get a chip, have it fixed ASAP. That way a $100 fix doesn't turn into a $900 replacement.

  This is a location that I would be willing to make the drive back to. My family schedule changed and I had to drive an additional 20 minutes to get to this location, but it was worth the drive. They Were very friendly and communicative. They also finished the job in half the time that they estimated. I will always be appreciative of those who value my time.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Safelite. I have been trying to get the correct windshield replaced on my 2024 Mercedes GLE 63 S for over a year. After multiple calls and confusion about which windshield my vehicle needed, I even went to Mercedes and obtained paperwork showing the exact glass required. I then went to the Safelite location on Keith Bridge Road, where they determined the windshield had to be ordered directly from Mercedes. That was over two months ago, and I still have not received a single call, text, or update. I have had to continuously follow up myself while my windshield continues to get worse. I understand that my vehicle may require a specific OEM windshield, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I would appreciate someone from management contacting me and finally getting this resolved.
