I wanted to make sure I took a few minutes to leave a wholehearted review about how amazing my experience with Mavis has been. I’ve always shopped at Mavis because they consistently offer some of the best prices in town, and their warranty is truly unbeatable. They’ve always taken such great care of me.
I especially want to recognize Rico, who went above and beyond to make this entire process as simple and smooth as possible. I was already dealing with the frustration of having a flat tire, getting the car taken care of, working with insurance, and handling all the delays that came along with it. Through all of that, the one part of the process I never had to worry about was Mavis.
Rico and the entire team were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. They kept everything moving, made things easy for me, and helped alleviate all the stress and uncertainty that comes with unexpectedly having a flat tire and trying to figure out what to do next.
