All the blessings and shout outs to the manager and crew Lisa and Gabe for coming through for me. I was stranded hours from home with no spare, no tools and a THREE HOUR wait on a tow. They waited past closing time just for me to get there. Took care of me right away, AND had great pricing for me. I came in to have my brakes checked and he taught me so much in 15 minutes that I didn't know about basic things of a car! Truly a GREAT BLESSING! Mavis is very lucky to have him on their team!! You know when you're at the counter talking to a tech, and then he tells you wait a minute - then answers the phone to help that person instead of you? How about if he did it 3 times in a row while you stood there and then had to re-explain to the tech after each call? Yeah, that's what you get here. Then was told I'd have to wait because others had made 11am appointments - as I stood in an empty store at 10:45 looking at the 3 open bays and the technicians standing around. This place was great when Justin was manager but has gone to crap since he switched stores. Go to the Dawsonville store instead.
