    I've had a great experience with this shop. They replaced the brakes and rotors on my BMW at a very reasonable price and took the time to explain everything in detail. Later, I came back for a second opinion on another issue. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, they were honest and gave me a very fair quote. Most recently, I visited them to repair a tire with a nail on my Toyota SUV. The dealership told me the tire couldn't be patched and insisted I replace it, even though it had only 10,000–13,000 miles on it. This shop inspected it, saw that the nail was straight through the center of the tread, and successfully patched the tire, saving me the cost of a new one. It's hard to find an honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced mechanic these days. I highly recommend them.

    This Herbert Automotive location is awesome. I needed an emissions test and a tire pressure sensor replaced. I walked in with no appointment and they took care of both in 35 min! The manager and the machanic were excellent in keeping me informed as to progress.

    I can't recommend this body shop enough! They did great work on my vehicle. Dalton, the store manager, and his mechanic worked on it in a timely manner and really took their time to be sure it was done right. The attention to detail and professionalism they showed was outstanding. I actually drove out of my way to go here even though there was one down my street, and it was absolutely worth it.
