Took my car there today for oil change. It was a walk in and I was out within 30 min! Friendly service and cost less than at the dealership!

I had a great experience here! The staff was knowledgeable and respectful. They did not push getting every single thing fixed on my car but did inform me of what issues would need to be fixed soon. I highly recommend coming here!

I recently replaced the brake pads and rotors on my car myself, but afterward I noticed the brakes felt very spongy. I was also surprised that I had to add brake fluid after compressing the calipers. Wanting to make sure everything was safe and working correctly, I took the car to Herbert Automotive for a brake fluid flush. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly responsive and were able to get my car into the shop within minutes. They actually checked the brake fluid first and found it appeared to be okay, but after I explained that I had added new fluid and was experiencing a spongy brake pedal, they agreed that a fluid flush was the right next step. The entire job took less than an hour, and the price was about 55% of what the dealership had quoted me for the same service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The gentleman working the front counter was especially courteous, not only to me but to every customer who came in while I was waiting. Most importantly, the brakes are now exactly how they should be. They respond immediately when I press the pedal, with no sponginess and no need to pump them first. The difference is night and day. My highest compliment for any repair shop is that I'll trust them with my vehicles in the future, and Herbert Automotive has earned that trust. I highly recommend them and will definitely be bringing my cars back for future service.

Very dishonest employees. I sent my wife in for an oil change after I installed a brand new air filter on her car. While she was there, the tech came in with an old dirty air filter covered in leaves telling her she needed a new one. I know this is a trick done by big corporations pretty regularly, but a small business like this I figured would be a little bit more honest. They didn’t even open the air box lol. Just trying to squeeze some lunch money I guess.

I have sent my fleet of vans for oil changes to the Browns Bridge Rd location for 9 years and Herbert always has us in and out with any problems. I have been through there myself on occasion and have always received professional and courteous customer care.
