  My break's started grinding and with home being two hours away and on Sunday, my chances of finding someone reliable to fix them between where I was and where I was going were slim to none. I passed by Herbert’s and their doors were open with cars on the lifts so I turned around and went back. I was greeted by Rodney, who turned out to be the most amazing knowledgeable,, honest mechanic I could have been blessed to find in my situation.. I am so glad I stopped there and highly recommend them based on my experience. Thank you Rodney for fixing our breaks, for being honest enough to replace only the parts that were needed, and applying discounts to get the final bill down. You are why Herbert’s has a five star rating and get five from me..

  Enjoyed coming here to get my car serviced. Needed 2 new tires and had shopped around to get the best deal. When I called here, Rodney took the time to do some research and gave me 4-5 different options for tires and explained his thoughts on each, which I found valuable. I was able to get a good set of tires within my budget and was able to get the tires replaced same day. I would recommend this place.

  No point in scheduling an appointment. I understand that the weekend is probably the busiest time for them, but when I arrived for my appointment for 10am on Saturday (08/22/26) for an oil change I ended up waiting 3 hours for just that after being assured that my car was next to be serviced. In that time, 2 customers came in after me, also for oil changes, and both left BEFORE I did. It is important to know that there was an oil spill while my car was getting serviced, but even if the clean up took an hour, waiting 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I have been going to this location for a few years. The staff is nice, I understand that things happen, and I was able to receive a discount for the troubles. However, I highly discourage anyone for getting services done to your car on the weekend if it can be helped.

  Has to be the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Car sat for a month, then was told they were not going to even work on it. Was run around by entire staff. Im 61 and have been to many shops. STAY AWAY
