Herbert Automotive was very thorough when checking out my warranty issues (transmission and small leak in the rear main seal). Given the circumstances with the warranty company, Silver Rock, would not cover the repair for the rear main seal because it wasn’t “dripping”!!??? But I did appreciate the staff at Herbert Automotive for checking out my vehicle which should have been done by the seller, Drive Time in Marietta.

I am not someone who frequently writes Google reviews, but Herbert’s Automotive on Browns Bridge Road in Cumming absolutely deserves this recommendation. During the recent blistering heat, my car’s air conditioner suddenly stopped working while I was driving home. I brought it to Herbert’s Automotive the very next morning, and even though they had to order parts, my car was repaired and ready within a day. Steve Tremble and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely pleasant from beginning to end. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service, affordable -- and made a stressful situation so much easier. They fixed my car in a jiffy—and now my air conditioner practically sings!
