  The team at Herbert Automotive was spectacular. I had an issue with the gear shifter on my F150 and had to get it towed from a local campground. The store manager, Steve, was very communicative throughout the process. The local dealership wanted an extremely high price for a part, but he called around and found a cheaper part and easier way to fix it. He also utilized multiple technicians who had experience with the issue to repair it at minimal cost. I also met one of the technicians when I checked out (I believe his name was Ahmed), he was very helpful as well and I believe worked on my truck. It took a few days, but was well worth the wait as the team saved me a chunk of cash. I usually don’t go to this store as I live further away, but will consider driving here in the future just because of the great service. Thank you again!

  They did a vehicle inspection on a car that was planning to buy and they helped make the final decision to by the car! They were very helpful in this process for sure

  Steve is very transparent, communicative and stays on top of your vehicles details! Love my favorite mechanic Austin!!!! Trust him to handle any of my families vehicle issues! This time my son’s drive shaft messed up and they got him back on the road by next day! Thx

  Went to get my emissions done. It was after work, had errands to run and it was past 5pm. This location was still open! It really saved me. The gentleman was quick and polite. It was very easy! Thanks!

  Their service was great and were very honest about the issues my car had. It turned out to be a loose battery and they spent about 30 minutes on it figuring out the issue and they charged me a basic 45 dollars for the labor.
