I came in for nothing more than a basic oil change, and somehow it turned into one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had.
The technician greeted me and sent me to the waiting area. The lobby was miserable. The AC wasn't working, it was stuffy, and it didn't look clean. If you're going to make customers wait, at least provide a comfortable place to do it.
Speaking of waiting, why does a basic oil change take 30–40 minutes when there was only ONE car ahead of me that was already finishing up? I've been to plenty of places that have you stay in your car and complete the entire service in 5–10 minutes. Unless they're secretly rebuilding the engine during an oil change, there's no reason it should take this long.
The checkout process was just as irritating. I was standing at the register ready to pay, but instead of finishing my transaction, the cashier started helping the customer behind me and had a conversation about what they needed. How about finishing with the customer who's already standing there before starting with the next one?
Then came the part that really left a bad impression. As I got into my car to leave, an employee actually chased me down to ask me to leave a 5-star review in exchange for $25 off my next service. If your service is truly 5-star, you shouldn't have to pay people to leave glowing reviews. A good reputation should come from the customer experience—not incentives.
I won't be back. Between the uncomfortable waiting area, the excessive wait time for a routine oil change, the lack of attention during checkout, and the push for a 5-star review afterward, this place simply isn't worth the time or money.
Came in for an oil change when they were about to close. They took me in, carefully went through all the options with me, offered great pricing and the service was superb.
My only concern is that the waiting room is like a mini oven. Needs some cool air.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place

Impeccable service! Took my car in for an oil change and was highly impressed. The team is honest, fast, and the pricing is very fair with no hidden fees or upselling. Clean shop and trustworthy professionals. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Very helpful. Made sure the right amount of oil was added to the vehicle and checked since required adjusting per manufacturer. Also very strait about all other suggested maintenance. Recommend them

I have been doing my emmisons here for years. After my experience today I will never go back for the bait and switch game. Huge monarch sign out front said $20 emmisons. No one said a word about price increase until it came time to pay. Then it was $25. I ask about the sign out front, was told they have been meaning to get it updated. I said ok, why wasnt I told up front about price increase, ask to speak with manager. This very young so called manager came out told me by law they have to post price on the emmisons signs. I said ok where are the emmison signs ???? The so called manager walked over to dig a sign out you could not even see stuck iin corner with the increased pricing totally hidden . I ask him to honor the visable price on the monarrch sign out in front. He has a melt down screams at me FINE just giive me the money. Of course as most I was paying by card..... It took him over 20 mins to run the card. It didnt stop there ... I was in a company truck .....the tantrum contunied. He called the office to report how rude our tech acted in his business , he was furious. First, I never was rude, I questioned the bait and switch that was happening and I firmly refused to pay suprise upcharge when it was not visable or voiced. He had no idea he was dealing with a manager not a tech. Especially with reporting a total exaggerated verison of what happen. Children these days no accountabilty. Do better grease monkey's hire some grown ups with customer service experience that are mature enough to speak the truth!!! This review is based on my personal experience not affilated to the company where I am employed.
