I went in for an oil change, battery replacement, and air filter replacement, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had getting an oil change. I went to Grease Monkey for an Express Oil Change, but they drained my engine oil before checking if they even had the correct oil for my vehicle. I ended up waiting over 2 hours while they ordered it. Then they tried to charge me much more than the price I was originally quoted. Because of their mistake, I lost half a day of work. The only "discount" they gave me was the same promotion they were already offering to everyone. This was completely unprofessional. Poor communication, poor management, and no accountability. I will never return and do not recommend this location.
