  There are a ton of places where you get good service and skilled technicians. This place is no exception. But, there are very little places where you get honesty too. This is one of them. James was my contact here. Even if it was not a deal that went in his favor he made the right choice for me and I really appreciate it.

  Kelian is the best! He was very helpful in explaining everything. He was so nice that my 4 year old wanted to keep giving him stickers (and she got a cool little magic show too!). Will definitely be back here :)

  Here’s a polished version that keeps the story personal while really highlighting Jason’s service: I came in a few weeks ago for an oil change and received great customer service from the start. Instead of trying to sell me a service I didn’t need, they checked my oil, told me it was still pretty clean and good for another couple of weeks, and simply topped it off. Unfortunately, my oil cap was accidentally misplaced during the visit, which I didn’t realize until I started seeing smoke coming from under my hood and had to return. That’s when Jason went above and beyond. He stayed after closing to help me, tracked down a replacement oil cap, kept the shop open to make sure I was taken care of, and even offered me a discount on my next service because of the inconvenience. I came back today, and here’s the funny part—they popped the hood and actually found my original oil cap wedged in a ridiculously hidden spot under the hood! Mistakes can happen anywhere. What separates great customer service from average customer service is how someone responds when they do. Jason took ownership and did everything he could to make it right. Jason is by far one of the best service professionals I’ve come across in a long time. He genuinely cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile to take care of them. Because of the way Jason handled everything, I will absolutely be coming back here every time my car needs service. You earned a loyal customer. Thank you, Jason!

  Stopped by Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on Peachtree Parkway in Cumming today and had a great experience. Kelian Fowler took the time to help me and introduced me to Store Manager Jason Mullings. Both were friendly, professional, and willing to take a few minutes to have a conversation while their team put some fresh Valvoline oil in my wife’s car. We believe there are good people behind every successful automotive business, and Kelian and Jason were a great example of that today. Cars start the conversation. People make the difference.   I have been going to this location for years. Today was especially enjoyable as Kelian took care of my car quickly and recommended services, but was not pushy. We were in and out in 20 mins. He also made it a point to be so kind to my 4 & 7 year old. He joked with them, did a few magic tricks and even put their favorite (Danny Go) music on their sound system while my car was worked with. I will continue to frequent this establishment and recommend it to family and friends. Reliable, quick and friendly!
