  If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager was unprofessional, the employees were unhelpful, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

  Have been visiting this place and always been satisfactory, today was very surprising, had to face rude customer service , blaming everything on my late arrival and Expedia , booked the car(suv), reached about 30 mins late due to extreme weather conditions, and was told that they don’t have a car , offered a 12 seater van as an alternate, which was impossible for me to accept . Very disappointed as had to change all my plans. I understand that cars sometimes may not be available but the attitude of the staff could have been much better.

  (5925 bethelview road location) is a 300$ deposit for your rental! That should be stated UP FRONT at booking and again when you do rsvp. Just as they remind you of insurance, gas, sirius radio etc. We are renting a car for 288$ but have a 300$ dep/ 588$ total is ridiculous. Will not be going back when drop this car off Monday. Advise to call or ask before booking here. Avis/Hertz is low as 50$- and others up 200$.
