  (5925 bethelview road location) is a 300$ deposit for your rental! That should be stated UP FRONT at booking and again when you do rsvp. Just as they remind you of insurance, gas, sirius radio etc. We are renting a car for 288$ but have a 300$ dep/ 588$ total is ridiculous. Will not be going back when drop this car off Monday. Advise to call or ask before booking here. Avis/Hertz is low as 50$- and others up 200$.

  Return time of vehicle were not clearly communicated. Was told they changed policy, and when asked for the written terms, the question was dodged.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Enterprise location. I reserved a minivan five days in advance for an out-of-state family trip. To avoid any issues, I called every day for the last three days to confirm vehicle availability. Each time, I was reassured that the vehicle would be available. In fact, I spoke with someone the night before my pickup date, and they specifically told me to come in at 11:00 AM to pick up the van. When I arrived with my family, I was informed that no vehicles were available. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after multiple confirmations from their staff. As a result, my family and I were left stranded with an out-of-state trip planned and other reservations already booked. Another disappointing aspect is their advertised “We’ll Pick You Up” service. Despite asking multiple times, I was always told that no one was available to provide a pickup, even though this location never appeared particularly busy. The lack of communication, poor planning, and failure to honor a confirmed reservation caused significant inconvenience and stress. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but repeatedly confirming a reservation and then having no vehicle available is unacceptable. I will absolutely avoid this location in the future and would not recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable rental experience.

  I had left a dazzling review after what I thought was amazing Customer Service for a rental I needed while my car was being fixed for an accident that was not my fault. They even brought the car to Classic Collision for me which was very convenient. However I was charged hundreds of dollars for the rental that the insurance was supposed to be charged for! Believe me it was Enterprises’s fault not the insurance company. Also, after reviewing the document carefully, they billed me fraudulently for items like fuel service (I brought it back more full than when they gave it to me) and that I drove 1000 miles (actually less than 100!!) etc. I have plans this summer that requires me to rent a SUV and I will never be going back here and possibly never back to Enterprise It is so disappointing and frustrating. I am still waiting after months for my credit card to be refunded for all these incorrect and fraudulent charges.
