    Enterprise as a whole is bullshit system . I had multiple instances where I book a rental for 7+ seater and when reached the place to pick up they say they don’t have any. All you vacations plans are ruined due to their shitty system management . This is my 3rd time facing similar situation . If want bigger vehicles stay away from them.

    AVOID.False promises. Ruined my family trip. Complete incompetence.Absolutely disgraceful. I booked a full-size SUV in-store not online, not over the phone in person, with a confirmed reservation. They still could not provide the vehicle. No real solution, no accountability, just hollow excuses. This didn’t just inconvenience me & it ruined my family trip and gatherings. Plans that cannot be undone, time that cannot be recovered. This is not a one-off mistake. This is irresponsible business practice. If you cannot fulfill a reservation, stop taking bookings. It is that simple. I strongly warn anyone reading this, do not trust a reservation with this company. A booking means nothing to them. Your plans, your family, your time none of it matters once they have your commitment. Shameful service. Zero accountability
