  There are many negative reviews out there for Enterprise and they almost discouraged me from renting a car here. I’m so glad I ignored the reviews! I had such an easy and pleasant experience that I can’t imagine going anywhere else for a car rental. The team at the Cumming location off of Hwy 9 made sure I had a great first experience renting my vehicle. They explained every charge that may be incurred if I did not follow the rental agreement. They made sure the car was clean and working as it should. I was in and out with my rental in less than 15 minutes (I had reserved on line). My entire trip went smooth and the car drove beautifully. I filled the tank before drop off and made sure I had everything of mine out of the car. The gentleman at drop off double checked that I had everything. I give the Cumming location 10/10 and will use them again if I ever need a vehicle. Thank you Enterprise for helping to make my husband’s birthday memorable!!

  0/5 — Would not recommend Terrible experience at this location. Every employee I spoke with claimed to be a "manager," yet somehow nobody could actually resolve anything or take ownership of the problem. I got bounced around from person to person with zero accountability. To make it worse, they messed up my reservation entirely. I ended up waiting almost an hour while they tried to sort things out, and in the end I had to cancel my entire trip because of them. No real apology, no real solution, just excuses. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.

  Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely unhelpful, and honestly, I couldn’t even tell who was actually in charge because everyone kept saying they were a manager. They completely messed up my travel plans and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I definitely would not rent from them again.

  I absolutely love this Enterprise location! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every time I come here, my experience is always amazing. The entire staff is incredible, and I can’t even pinpoint just one person because everyone I’ve dealt with has been so helpful, friendly, and professional. You can really tell that they value their customers and genuinely try to make sure everyone is taken care of. Of course, you can’t make everyone happy, but I can personally say that every experience I’ve had here has been great. I will continue coming back and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental. Thank you, Enterprise, for always taking such great care of me! ❤️
