  Read all the reviews... Not surprising so many of them talk about the lack of customer support and the rental car that was reserved was not available. I have traveled for more than 40 years and belong to all the rental car company programs. I have had wonderful experiences with Enterprise airport locations in the past. However, this particular location is absolutely the worst and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. 1. The reservation that was made and confirmed more than three times (including a text the day of our reservation) was not available when we showed up. 2. The representative who tried to help us out was not apologetic and simply stated that the previous renter extended their vehicle and that's why it wasn't available. Interesting, because that was the same excuse I heard on the phone by one of the other Representatives when he called two different people and use the same excuse. This tells me they are simply overbooking over promising and not having the vehicle available. 3. Upon returning to vehicle and turning the key in on sunday, we were contacted on Tuesday to ask if we were going to return the vehicle or extend it another day. You kidding me that you didn't go through the key bin every Monday morning and you didn't see a huge 15-seat white van parked right in front of your front door. Of course you did, you were simply trying to get another days of rental out of us. Please do not send me a link for more information. You know exactly the rental I am talking about and you know exactly the problems that everybody is stating here. If you must rent a vehicle and need to confirm a specific vehicle on a specific time for a specific reason, you cannot count on this location. Too many times and too many reviews state that the vehicle is not available. They will screw up your plans. And please, please have mamagement respond back to this message saying how difficult of a customer I was. You're dang right I was difficult, when I reserved a vehicle and it wasn't available after being promised to me. You're absolutely correct that I would be very difficult to deal with. (I suggest you first make a reservation with an airline or a hotel, receive multiple confirmations and then show up to find out..... Oops, we can't honor it. Then tell me what type of customer you would be.

  Great customer service, they also allow car return drop off after business hours up to 9pm.

  The branch manager here is amazing! He runs a tight ship and keeps an amazing staff- I rent from this location only and yes, I drive the extra minutes to come here! It’s worth the drive for a seamless experience. They are so fast!

  I reserved a car and they called me two hours before I was to pick up the vehicle indicating that it was not available. They used the excuse that the person who had the vehicle extended their rental. They gave me two options: take a pickup truck or vehicle that I didn't want or drive to the airport which is over an hour away and pick up a vehicle there. I told them that I needed a car by noon and they said they would work on it. They never called me back! Good thing I had a backup plan because their customer service sucks! I will never rent from this location and I advise you to think twice before you rent from them.

  Have always had a great experience here, friendly employees and car is always ready on time and clean. On my most recent visit Anthony took care of me and he was wonderful. I go out of my way to rent from this location even though another one is closer.
