  My first mistake was not going to my normal Autozone location. An elderly gentleman, who appeared bothered by my presence in the store so early in the morning, first told me that “no autozone location” recycles car batteries anymore and that I needed to take it to the county dump. This should have been the red flag that made me leave, but I trust AutoZone and left my Duralast Platinum battery (less than a year old) to charge at this location. I had never charged a battery before, so I wasn’t sure who’s the process worked. The gentlemen told me that once the battery was done, he would “call me” and I would need to come pick it up. I then left. 3 days later, I still had not received a phone call. I decided to call the location and see what had happened. I was then told that my $300 battery was not there, and there was no record of it being dropped off. I still have the receipt. I love autozone and have spent lots of money through them. Normally, I trust any location to do a good job. I now know to avoid this Cumming location and to stick to my local one in Flowery Branch. Now I’m down a $300 battery. Every dollar counts in this economy.

  Can I just tell you that this location is absolutely amazing! We had a headlight out of our Nissan, and the Nissan dealership was going to charge us through the roof to change the bulb and was actually saying it could be Much more to fix it (said it could be the whole panel that needed replaced, which was going to be thousands) My husband Watched a video and thought that he could do it on his own. Went and got the bulb at AutoZone. Ron helped find the buld he needed, and Ray Offered to put it in and took care of him!!! Both Ron and Ray were extremely helpful and we will definitely be going back to this location! Not every day you have wonderful experiences with customer service and people who are willing to help! Ray just made our day and thanks for putting that in!!!! We will definitely be going back!!!!!! Talk about some good guys!!!!!!! Thanks so much!!!!!
