  If I could give Shawn and Auto Haus Solutions more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Shawn provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. Scheduling was seamless, communication was prompt and clear, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast—all at an amazingly fair price. Shawn truly went above and beyond with extra care for my son’s car, and his facility is spotless, welcoming, and extremely professional. Best of all, the car drives better than ever! You can immediately tell he takes immense pride in his work. I wouldn't trust my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend!

  Autohaus solutions did a great job on my e92 M3. They diagnosed a clunking noise in the rear of my car. Turned out to be my differential bushings. They installed the poly bushings and the clucking is finally gone. Thank you for taking care of me and my sisters e36!!

  Enjoyed my experience at Auto Haus Solutions- been getting maintenance from here for over a year now. Always excellent service and knowledge that comes from the techs and manager/owner! Highly recommend to those of all makes and models, especially Euro cars.

  My mom went to have her transmission replaced by these guys because they gave her a cheaper estimate than the ford dealership. only now a couple months after the repair the transmission needs to be replaced again. It needs to be replaced because it was 2-3 qts low on fluid and the mechanics found no leaks. 2-3 qts low despite being charged for a full fluid fill up by auto haus. For over a month my mom and the mechanic we have PROPERLY repairing the transmission now have been trying to get information necessary to do a warranty claim through ford. this has been like pulling teeth emails, phone calls and messages gone unanswered. Invoice request have gone unanswered and they have not provided invoices. We are still waiting on a invoice for the gasket kit they said the bought from mall of Georgia ford. Since they seem to refuse to answer calls or return messages from my mom and our mechanic, we reached out to mall of georgia ford and they found no record of the kit Auto Haus claims to have purchased and charged my mom for. mall of georgia ford only had a record of the transmission itself. SO we looked at the invoice for their work and interestingly everything except for the single use gasket kit stuff has a part number next them in the invoice and because of communication issues we sent in a friend of ours to try and get face to face answers and try to get an invoice for the gasket kit, in which they showed them the webpage for ford for the gasket kit and it has a listed part number. SO in my opinion the lack of the part number and their unwillingness to provide a invoice for the purchase leads me to believe that they didnt put in a new kit and just reused the old ones then charged us for a new kit. In terms of communication if there is an issue with the repairs and you call and reach out to them they will screen your calls and refuse to answer. My mom was calling and contacting them on her personal phone and having those calls unanswered and the messages she left going unreturned. SO she called them from her work phone number which surprise surprise they answered but now they know that number and have beeen avoiding it as well. We have come to learn that they lied to us when dealing with starting the repairs to begin with. When mall of georgia ford learned we were going to have the repairs done by auto haus they offered to match the estimate. Then ford offered to fully reimburse auto haus for parts and labor, but auto haus lied and told us that ford was only going to partially reimburse them for the work they had started. Another complete LIE from them. They also have shown a complete disregard to their willingness to live up to the terms of their warranties. They will lie and say that warranties are not through them even though invoices and warranty info have no terms stating that. In my opinion these guys are your stereotypical mechanic liars they charge you for parts that weren't used, they lie about the work they did, and when you try to get your car properly fixed (cause they sure arent going to do the job right) they duck your calls and hope you will just eat the cost to properly repair the car by a reputable mechanic because these guys CERTAINLY aren't REPUTABLE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE
