Mavis Tires is my go to place for tires. They have the best prices and even better service. Lee Searcy recommend a service that I needed for my car and I’m glad he did. I’m somewhat rough on my brakes and he recommended brake service to get more life out of my brakes. They are honest and nice service advisors that work there and it makes me feel even better that they are not trying to take advantage of me.

Today is Friday, June 26, 2026. I previously scheduled an appointment with Mr. Lee on Monday, June 22, to have four new tires installed. During my first vist, Mr. Lee was professional and attentive to my concerns. When I returned today, he was once again helpful and provided excellent service. Mavis was able to get me in today and gave me an awesome deal on my tires, I bought 4 brand new ones and offered a great warranty on all 4. I will be back, & will recommend them to others. The front desk staff was amazing, and offered me great information on the upkeep of my car, seeing as this is my first SUV, and even spotted a problem that I need to get fixed, that I was unaware of. I used to come here and get oil changes and tire rotations. They used to do a great job. I'm not sure how it happened but I came here a while back and was told one of my studs/lug nuts was stripped while trying to get it off. I had to go up to jones automotive and they couldn't get it off. I can't get tire rotations at other shops. I had to go to another auto shop and get a new wheel hub. Now another one of lug nuts/studs may be stripped and isn't coming off. At this point, I'm just frustrated because I came in for a tire rotation and have only had issues since then. Normally everything has been fine but I just can't trust coming back here after having this issue.
