  My family attempted to rent an 8 passenger van with plenty of notice, arrived to pick it up and the location did not bother to have it there and made my family drive to an alternate location to pick it up. No phone call notifying us in advance, either. Unprofessional for a national brand, unfortunately the only recourse we have is a one star review to warn others.

  Booked a month in advance. A rep even called 3 days before to ensure I was renting that specific vehicle. The morning of rental, they didn't have it, asked if I wanted something smaller??????????? Not this place, ever again. Rep was rude too. Female, said she was the manager. Retrain her to learn proper people skills.

  This Enterprise location is very busy on the weekend but Lauren does an excellent job providing great customer service to everyone! Blake, the Mgr, cares enough about his customers to follow up on their experience and actually ensure you are nothing less than completely satisfied! I don't rent from any other company or location! Thanks Enterprise for the "pick me up" in my spirit that happened when you made sure I was a happy customer. - Aurelia Bryant

  Booked a reservation for a van for our vacation 3 weeks in advance. Got all the emails, even an email the day before (yesterday) about my vehicle rental. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told that nothing was available and they won't have another van until noon. I was told they tried to call me on the 23rd, i have no calls from them. My pick up time was 8am. So now we are delayed to go on vacation, trying to find something last minute. I tried to avoid this by booking WEEKS in advance. I've rented from this location many times, this will be my last. Terrible, just terrible

  It didn't start out well, but the staff stepped up and made it up to me. Ms. Lauren is absolutely a gem. Very rare, I didn't speak to her on my initial visit, but upon me returning the renter, when I said my name, she knew who I was. Met me with an apology, and that meant a lot. Her personality and willingness to help are what we need every day and everywhere...I definitely will be returning for my renter needs. If you need to rent a vehicle, ENTERPRISE is the place to go!!!!
