  Blake- I called to just verify what I needed to rent out a vehicle. After verifying my information I was told that the vehicle that I requested may or may not be available or I can get something similar. What was being offered was in fact not similar. Just because I questioned Blake why would the website offer me something different then what I chose he told me he would not be able to help me today and not be able to rent me a vehicle. Then he also said after getting an attitude and trying to end the call by talking over me I could in fact not rent a vehicle at the address I provided on my drivers license. Then hung up and he said he was the manager. How the call took place I feed discriminated against and disrespected how the way he treated me. Then told the entire staff not to rent to me just disgusting. Something has to be done because I know I am not the first person he has treated like this.

  I booked a reservation, but they didn’t have any cars available. Make that make sense. The manager was absolutely no help where I had an event to attend out of town. When you book here for a specific car beware they may not have it!!!! #disappointedcustomer

  The car was dirty. The body had barely been touched. The widows were nasty. The guy that assigned me the car was making excuses for his detail team. There was no excuse for level of nasty the windows are. A simple wipe with a dry towel after the wet one would solve it. The cars were simply not clean. He upgraded me to another car that was in the same condition as the previous car. Unacceptable. The overall customer service was great.

  I (hundreds of miles out of state) reserved a hybrid sedan online on September 28 for my mother with her information provided and she received the confirmation information via email. The selection at the time were multiple cars ranging from a small Hyundai Kona to multiple sedans and 2WD/AWD SUVs to luxury options. On the day of pickup (September 30) my mom did an additional confirmation over the phone before leaving to go pay for the reservation and pick up the car. This was all being done so that my mom could visit my grandmother 6+ hours away for my grandmother's birthday. However, when she arrived to the Covington, GA location, my mom was told that her reserved car was not available and the only option was a large SUV for $100 more than the original reservation. In addition to not being upgraded free of charge for the inconvenience (one would assume that is standard customer service in 2026 and the trip was planned in advance to start the following day), my mom was told to "take it or leave it". So at the time of this post my 60+ year old mother is scrambling around the area looking for a last minute car reservation thanks to the abysmal customer service at the Covington, GA location Edit: Looking at other 1 star reviews, this seems to be a recurring theme with a certain employee at this location (Lauren) so good luck for any future patrons. So I'll go ahead and fill out the form where ultimately nothing will change

  I called the Enterprise rental in Covington Ga on Hwy 278 at 3:30 today and spoke with the manager Blake, about a mid size SUV. I asked if they had one in stock or would they need to get one delivered to their location. He told me they had a couple in stock. My wife and I arrived around 5:15 and asked for Blake. We were told he would be back soon as he finished a drop off at the airport. I explained to the salesperson that Blake told me they had a mid size suv in stock and the guy opened the key safe and said they didn't have any except the only one they had needed tires and an oil change. So we waited on Blake for about 20-25 minutes. When he arrived, I asked him about the suv he told me they had in stock. He said they did but he was talking about the one that needed tires and an oil change. Then he said, "we just now got one in and we can clean it up for you". I said that would take over an hour to get ready and told him he was dishonest telling me at 3:30 that they had a couple in stock when they didn't. After more discussion with him still claiming that they did have one, I told my wife nevermind let's go. So we leave the building and get in our car and prepare to leave. I'm in the passenger side and he appears at my window. I roll it down and asked what he needed. He asked why things got heightened. I told him it didn't get heightened but he was the one that was dishonest about having a car in stock and he decided to insist he was right and they did have one. Mind you the discussion was over inside and he followed us out to our car. When he continued, things escalated and I told him to get away from my car. (I tried to quote what I actually said but Google wouldn't allow it) He told me not to ever talk to him that way again. I said it again and told him I would be calling corporate. Which I did and filed a complaint on him. Who knows what will come of it, but I know I nor anyone I know will ever rent from that location if I can help it. Waiting on a response from corporate.
