  Enterprise is the best rental car company ever Blake is one of the best and most well rounded managers I ever met his outstanding customer service to just understanding real life situations the whole entire team is on one accord to me Enterprise is not just a rental car company they are like family. And I would definitely recommend friends family even neighbors especially the one in Covington GA. Keep up the good work you guys are awesome the very best. Thank you All Me and my Family will definitely use this company again from Nathan Mccray.

  Hate having to write reviews like this because I am giving away my good locations that I really want to keep secret, but I had to tell someone about them. Lauren, Ron, and Blake—nothing but excellent customer service out of them always. Always have a great experience. They will get you in and out! My time is precious, and I often and on my way out of town when picking up, I don’t care how many people are in there, they get you taken care of quickly with a smile.

  ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. Booked rental 6 days in advance. Reservation was confirmed. Arrived at 12:44 to pick up my 12:45 rental. Was asked for my last name and was then told that all cars were out. There is nothing available on the lot except a sprinter van. How is that possible and why wasn't i told? The reason: "we didn't have your phone number to let you know that we were out of vehicles"....My enterprise account has both my work phone and my personal. How is that possible? Seems like you didn't try. Also, all reservations have to have an email attached so how is it that you couldn't contact me ahead of time? So I wasted money on an Uber there and back. I will have to tell my boss that I will be hours late picking him up for our business trip to South Carolina (great mark on my climb up the corporate ladder). There were 2 other gentlemen respectfully complaining to the associates about how ridiculous this is. In the year 2026, we are still having issue counting availible vehicles against confirmed reservations?! Called corporate and they said they would escalate this issue and call me back when they find a vehicle nearby. I called the next nearest rental car place (Conyers) and confirmed a vehicle. At the time of writing this, I have yet to get a call back from corporate. I have problems almost every time I pick up from this location ranging from no gas in the vehicle to damaged vehicles. Im officially done with this location. I'd rather rent from Avis.

  I had to rent a car while mine not working. Very easy process, from start to finish. Customer service at the Covington location was on the ball!
