- PEPatti Edge6 days ago1.0I am not a person who leaves bad reviews, but I have had enough with this place. Over the years, I’ve always gone here for oil changes, tires, brakes, belts, etc. However, in the last couple of years, there have been other major issues with our vehicles and they have not been able to fix. For instance, the AC in my husband’s car that we paid over $1000 for, but still wasn’t fixed. Then, the master cylinder went out in my 2013 Cadillac SRX in Dec. 2024, they repaired. Very helpful and great service. June 2025, it went out again! They repaired at no cost to me. Great! Very thankful. Fast forward 11 months and my brakes are failing AGAIN. This is the issue I have with them…..On Tuesday, I stopped by the shop to ask them to LOOK and see if it is my master cylinder again. Michelle explains that I might need to wait a while as they only had 1 tech working. I was fine with waiting….until, Ray comes in and yells “that is not happening today, I am not taking another car!” He did not even ask why I was there. He very rudely said to me, “I have 2 people ahead of you and I will not let you jump ahead!” Really? He never even asked why I was there. Michelle handed me my keys and I drove to the nearest mechanic who confirmed for me that it is my master cylinder leaking. I called Bulldog and asked about a warranty on the cylinder that was installed 11 months ago, and Michele told me that my warranty ended in Dec. 2025. No matter what happens, I am done with Bulldog Tire! Attached you will see a google inquiry as to how long a master cylinder should last!
