  I had an outstanding customer service experience at AutoZone in Covington, Georgia, thanks to an associate named Ron. I originally purchased front and rear brake parts for my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country at the AutoZone in Lithonia, Georgia. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong front brake parts. I had provided my phone number at the Lithonia location and was told the purchase would be added to my account, but apparently it was not. I had also already thrown away my receipt, which made the situation more difficult. When I came into the Covington AutoZone, Ron went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out. He personally contacted the Lithonia location and stayed on hold for approximately 15 minutes to get the situation figured out. He was patient, professional, and genuinely determined to make sure I left with the correct parts. This was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Ron showed excellent customer service and represented AutoZone extremely well. Employees like him make a huge difference in a customer’s experience. I would highly recommend this AutoZone, and I would especially recommend recognizing Ron for his hard work. If I could give him a raise myself, I would! He deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for a customer.

  I called over a dozen Autostores about a overheating 2017 hybrid ford fusion With a failed auxiliary coolant pump Nobody Seemed do you want to help me tackle my problem head on with me with me Where it was easier to Say that the part that I uninstalled and had in my hand didn’t aid they were arguing with me about which part I wanted and whether or not it even existed trying to charge me over $1000 I spoke to Tam And he did a quick deep dive and quickly resolved The issue researched and confirmed his information was correct and had the solution in stock for under $80 This AutoZone and Tam in particular are exceptional. This will be my go to store from now on when I need help.
