    It's pretty sad that Google does not allow a ZERO star for this location. I ordered parts that cost over $200. I was told to pick up today at 5m bcthe parts were being delivered from another store. I get there to pick it up and the staff is completely clueless. Search for over 20 minutes to still not find the parts. They finally figured out that the parts were to be PICKED up by me at another location. I asked to speak to a manager, that was also completely CLUELESS, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL by the way. Told me that "there wasn't anything he could do, just drive over there and get it". I asked him for his name and he called me a b***h and said he didn't have to give me his name, walked away and said, go have a good day. Where in God's name are you hiring these people. "The manager had dreads in his head with braces and spoke to me as if I was someone on the streets. Unreal.........

    Excellent service each time I've been here from Shane. Hard worker but does it with a smile. I'm sure everyone on the team is nice but I definitely look for him every time.

    We called this location to ask about a specific part, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The woman who answered the phone was immediately rude and dismissive while we were trying to explain our situation. Instead of listening or helping, she interrupted and said, “I just need you to tell me what’s going on, I’m not life support.” That kind of response is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. We were polite and simply trying to get assistance, but were met with attitude and disrespect. No customer should be spoken to like that—especially by someone who appears to be in a management position. Customer service should be the bare minimum expectation. If someone doesn’t have the patience or professionalism to handle a basic phone call, they shouldn’t be representing a business. After this experience, we will not be returning to this location. There are plenty of other places that treat customers with basic respect.
