    I went into autozone thinking I needed a battery for my car because the car battery kept flashing on my dash, I spoke to Dee who was very helpful. Since I was there I decided to get a battery for my key fob and after Dee installed that he told me to wait before I paid for the car battery and he went to my car to check the battery and he told me my battery was good. Turns out it was only the key fob battery that needed changing. Thank you so much to Dee. He saved me over $100.

    Bad Customer Service went for a key battery and came out without no battery because I was told this morning that they didn’t open car keys. That wasn’t my question I need a key battery. All the young lady could’ve was just look the car up and gave me the key battery. She need to be fired if she doesn’t like dealing with customers. I will take my business somewhere else.

    It's pretty sad that Google does not allow a ZERO star for this location. I ordered parts that cost over $200. I was told to pick up today at 5m bcthe parts were being delivered from another store. I get there to pick it up and the staff is completely clueless. Search for over 20 minutes to still not find the parts. They finally figured out that the parts were to be PICKED up by me at another location. I asked to speak to a manager, that was also completely CLUELESS, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL by the way. Told me that "there wasn't anything he could do, just drive over there and get it". I asked him for his name and he called me a b***h and said he didn't have to give me his name, walked away and said, go have a good day. Where in God's name are you hiring these people. "The manager had dreads in his head with braces and spoke to me as if I was someone on the streets. Unreal.........
