  Management sent experienced employees home early on a Friday and that left one manager in a trainee handling all customers and incoming online orders. I waited our for my same day order pick up to be ready and they handed me the wrong item.

  Stood in a line for 3 mins before the girl behind the counter quit cleaning her fingernails and said she can help me. She wring my stuff and said “oh you’re paying cash? I have to take you over here as she rolled her eyes! I paid then she put my change on the counter and slid it to me! No Customer service skills!

  My experience at the new auto zone was definitely above average. I came in needing help with my car and key fob and chase helped immediately. He analyzed the problem, got the part I needed and took care of the issue and he outta there in less than 5 min
