The lady had a little snarky, attitude and rolling her head and told me no cause the light is no longer on and have a good day if she couldn'thelp me with anything else. But I went to Auto Zone and O'Reillys and they bothed checked it for me rather the lught was on or not. Wouldn't go back here. Bad day or not do not be rude or come off rude to customers.

The associate behind the counter provided her with a bulb and assured her that it was the correct one for her vehicle. After returning to school, she discovered that the bulb was completely different and did not fit her car. When she attempted to return or exchange the incorrect bulb, the associate refused to help her, despite the fact that their employee was the one who assured her it was the correct part. As a parent, I am actively trying to teach my daughter to be self-sufficient when it comes to basic car maintenance and everyday tasks. I want her to feel confident walking into an auto parts store, asking questions, and learning to handle these things independently. Situations like this make that process unnecessarily difficult and discourage young adults from seeking help when they are trying to learn. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I would have had no issue with an honest mistake that was handled appropriately. However, refusing to take responsibility for providing the wrong part is unacceptable. To leave a college student out $40 for a part she cannot even use, especially when she relied on the associate's expertise, is an incredibly disappointing business practice. Customer service should include standing behind your employees' recommendations, especially when customers trust them to provide accurate information. I expected better from this business, and I sincerely hope management takes this situation seriously and makes it right.
