My mom stopped in there in while driving to SC and the nicest man helped her with an issue with mud in her wheel well. She was upset that she didn’t get his name but he was so kind to her during a very stressful time. They were great and I’m so grateful for them.

While traveling on I-75 a warning light notified me that the pressure of the tires was low. I brought the car to Mavis and the mechanic checked the tires and filled them with air and calibrated everything. This work was done for no charge which was appreciated. However, once I got back on the interstate I discovered that the front hood had not been properly secured. This should not have happened. Why did the mechanic lift the hood when the required work involved only the tires?

I had a valve stem suddenly fail on me and started letting all of the air out of the tire. They were able to get me in on a lift before the tire got flat. Swapped out the valve stem and I was out in no time. High recommended.
