  Cyon, Chris, Kobe were all great. They have that place operating like a well oiled machine. (Pun intended). They checked all the boxes on great service. Quality, speed, clarity, answering questions, etc. Great service is hard to find nowadays. I'll certainly be coming back. Highly recommend.

  I recently had my A/C recharged, and from the moment I pulled in until the time I left, I was treated with outstanding hospitality. The entire experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. The technician took the time to explain the entire process, which I really appreciated. While I waited, several staff members checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and informed, making me feel like a valued customer. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but this team exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be bringing my other vehicles here for service. Highly recommended!

  Attendant was not welcoming nor did he greet me. He first stated.... You here for an oil change. No hello or how you're doing. Then he gave me the sticker to out in my window and I mentioned sir, I can't even see the writing it is fading. The attendant stated, oh I figured you could figure it out. Poor customer service, poor attitude. Please leave him to the afternoon shift or. That makes people not want to come in and spend their money for a service that is convenient.

  I went to the Conyers Valvaline for a conventional oil change. Despite presenting several 50% off coupons including one directly the the Valvaline website, the rep insisted she could not give more than $10.00 off the oil change. Instead, she told me to come back the next day to see the manager and to have the 50% off coupon honored. Wasted my time.

  I went to get my oil changed today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Conyers Georgia. My CSRep was Rissa. She was the best, most knowledgeable, most personable representative that I have ever had. I don’t really have many opportunities to give reviews, but Rissa was so amazing that I am taking the time to provide this review. If I were her manager I would make sure that I kept this young lady happy. She made what is normally an experience that you just cross your fingers and hope that they don’t screw something up, into an actual pleasant experience where I felt confident that everything would (and did) go smoothly. Rissa is pretty special and is one of those people that will undoubtedly be successful in anything and everything she does.
